“What a pleasant surprise! I was getting tires across the street and just happen upon this place. No joke, the chicken burrito I got was really great. Easily in the top 3 Mexican food trucks I visit in the entire Raleigh area. It could easily be the best, just depends on the taste you’re after at this point. Definitely try it out. Only downside now js I’ll have to fight the steering wheel every time I drive by. Thanks!“

“I love the steak tacos, however, lately the steak has been too tough and really difficult to chew. But I order it every time. The only other complaint i have is the traffic in the very small parking lot. If my steak gets softer, I'll change to 5 🌟. Overall, good food at reasonable prices.“

“Walked up to this food truck and was immediately greeted by amazing smells! The gentleman working the counter wasn't overly talkative but that's fine, the man was focused.I ordered a Caribbean shrimp quesadilla, a jerk chicken eggroll, and a strawberry lemonade.The quesadilla was good. The shrimp was cooked nice but there wasn't a lot of volume to this quesadilla. Just cheese and shrimp, not a whole lot of flavor for me. All quesadillas are served with chips and queso, big bonus for me! Then the eggroll, these things are MASSIVE! An eggroll stuffed with Cabbage and jerk chicken, wooo these things packed some heat but they were delicious. I split the eggroll with a friend of mine who couldn't stop raving about the jerk chicken quesadilla and the eggroll.I gotta say, if you're looking for some delicious jerk chicken or Caribbean food, give this food truck a try!“

“My first time here. I have been craving food from a Halal Food Truck in FOREVER ! And when I tell yall, they have the BEST absolute BEST Philly Cheesesteak with Fries omg . Them Fries were so deliciousss I would eat that every day each week if I could its so goodd . “The Depot on First has been open since October 2023 and since then has simply excelled as the only fine dining restaurant in the area. I think much of their success is based on the fact they not only maintain consistency in areas such as attention to detail, exceptional customer service and quality culinary experience, they also continue to evolve and adapt to changing tastes, trends, and customer preferences. I enjoy seeing their ongoing tasting and intimate dining events, of which I will have to attend at some point. Another cornerstone of success for many restaurant's is Authenticity, and this Farm-to-table restaurant continues to prioritize authenticity by sourcing quality ingredients directly from local farms and producers. They don't take any shortcuts when it comes to freshly prepared food to save time which is why I will wait patiently in the elegantly decorated intimate, warm and inviting dining room for my entree upon every visit. No Rush! Just me bring me another perfectly prepared old fashioned. “One of the best Shawarmas in Raleigh. It is a food truck but man... so much better and authentic than some restaurants! Limited menu but whatever they sell is delicious. Falafel wrap, beef/chicken shawarma everything is so good! One in photo is a chicken shawarma. And the owner is also very friendly and sweet!! Hopefully they will expand their menu to more items.“

Stopped by and ordered two sundaes tonight. Both of them had the wrong flavors in them. Like, not even close. We ended up throwing them away. Was going to complain but the kid that made them was running the register so I figured what’s the point. So, great ice cream when you get what you order. I’ve kind of forgotten what that’s like but I’m still recommending them.“

“This food truck is my usual spot for breakfast after work. But after seeing what I saw today with the new person, Am not sure if I will becoming anymore. After taking a persons order and grabbing his credit card , and swiping it , She didn’t wash her hands no gloves on , She grabes my food and put the avocado on it and grabbed the tortillas bare hand. With Covid going on and it not being sanitary alone , It makes me Worried the possible germs or .... she could be spreading.“

“This is a really solid local taco truck that serves great value taco plates. I usually get the steak tacos sometimes I'll get the chicken or Pastor/Carnitas and occasionally Barbacoa. My favorite is the steak though. They give really nice sides of Cucumber and Radish along with salsa and the food is energizing, healthy, and it digest well at a great price. Much better option than mainline fast food. The shrimp tacos are great too!“

“The tacos were wrapped in soggy tortillas , as if they been cooked a few hours ahead. The asada meat was dry and tasteless. The flautas were also wrapped in soggy tortillas. Just look at your food before you get it. But their horchata was pretty good. All in all I would recommend going to the other taco stand across the street from them. 5/10“

“I had a great experience at Fat Boys Shack in Wake Forest, NC. The food was delicious, and the customer service was a 10/10 from the moment I walked in. My tenders were fried hard just the way I like them without even having to ask, which was a pleasant surprise. The lemonade was also very good and refreshing.
