McDonald's in Greensboro

“I was ordering a large order and was able to have an exceptional service by Shelby, she was very cordial and professional. She made sure I had all my sauces and extra napkins for the kiddos. She made the atmosphere very peaceful and would definitely be some of the best service I’ve gotten at any fast food /restaurant in a very long time. Will definitely be back, deserves a raise!“

“I had a great experience at this McDonald’s today around 12 PM. I got my food quickly, and the guy at the front was really on task—he was making sure orders were going out promptly and checking in with customers to see if they’d been helped.

There’s plenty of space to sit inside, and I noticed they really keep up with cleanliness. The drink station looked clean and organized, which isn’t always the case at other locations.

I also used the $6 app deal (Big Mac, fries, and a Coke), and it was a great value. Solid experience overall—I’d definitely come back to this location.“

“Stopped in today and was actually amazed at the customer service and friendly exchange. I saw one manager actually sit with a customer in the dining room to just chat for a minute. Order was correct and fresh. Getting good help for fast food is tough but this owner must be doing something right. :)“

“I like this McDonald's a lot. They were polite and don't act bothered. The order was correct, including the sauces ordered. The wait wasn't long. I don't like their one way in/out setup... Still doesn't take away from good service and food.“

Today my toddler dropped his drink close to the end of it and was not handling it well as it was nap time and they had been playing over an hour.
Out of the kindness of her heart, one of the employees made him a small drink before we left, and all she wanted was to make him smile. It truly made his day and mine. I appreciate the kindness and am truly humbled for the best outing all week.“

It's official. McDonald's is now the worst, cheapest fast food straw beverage provider. I don't know what they are thinking. These straws are so cheap, weak, flimsy and send the message of low quality products. Bring back the good straws McDonald's!!!!!!
I can't believe they are still using these cheap straws. The one I got today was split and I tried to use it but it kept splitting all the way down. I haven't seen other fast food places buy straws this bad. What's up?“

“Not sure why Google thinks me writing a review of McDonalds is a good use of anyone's time. But in case you have lived under a rock for the last 50 years. There's this restaurant called McDonald's. They seel hamburgers and french fries and probably some other stuff. It's good but not great. Usually fast, and the service is okay. This particular McDonald's is basically the same as all 29 million other McDonald's out there. If you're hungry and have low standards in food, or your taste buds have been burned off, or you don't care about diabetes, I would highly recommend.“

“The majority of the time fast and friendly even with long line. It usually moves steadily. The food is good. I usually mostly do breakfast. I love mcgriddles. My other favorites are Bic Macs, double cheeseburger, mcdouble, and the chicken sandwich. The thing I LOVE most about McDonalds is I can get a cup of coffee 24/7. With cooler weather coming on its a must have. Other fast foods only during breakfast hours and sometimes they've run out and don't want to make more cos it's close to breakfast over and lunch beginning.“

“Stopped here on the way home from a funeral not for food but to use the restroom and I couldn't get out of the pants I had on because the zipper had gotten caught on the liner down on inside of the inseam and the fact that this was a side zipper didn't help matters at all. Luckily there was another lady in the restroom who came to my rescue who just so happened to be a McDonald's employee and even though she had to literally rip the zipper in order to get it undone I am truly grateful. Because there is no way I would have made it the hour drive home without having a accident. Note to self when getting the zipper repaired make sure that the inseam will remain flat.“

As a stranger in town, I felt quite at home there. During the two days that I was in the area, I went there twice a day to sip my coffee on the terrace. Noone voiced an objection when I also did my crochet work. It was as comfortable and relaxed as in a "salon de the" in old La Rochelle, France. Thank you“

Parking: There are alot of homeless people hanging in the area. And some will approach at times for money or food.

Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly with the menu and atmosphere.“

“I don’t know why they have so many negative reviews. These girls that work here are awesome! They are super friendly and make sure what you order is what you get. They walk around and check to see if you need anything. My food is always correct and fresh. This is one of my favorite McDonald’s in Greensboro.

“Place is decent and clean. Nice area away from most residential sections. They are super slow at the drive through if you order a item thats not near ready. You will sit in your car for around 10 minutes every single time. Fast food is supposed to be fast, not pull up, parking, and wait 10 additional minutes.“

“We often come to the restaurant for lunch and today we ordered some cookies, we waited a bit for them and a girl from the crew who is great, always very kind, if I remember correctly her name is called Monizia, she served us wonderfully and also gave us an apple pie for the wait. Congratulations to her and the whole crew.“

“Stopped at McDonald's for an iced tea. The tea was excellent, but I gotta say, in their quest to make better profits, their new choice of the new clear cheap straws is ridiculous. They don't even hold up to the pressure of the hole in the top. It presses the straw closed. It cracks the straw when trying to insert it into the top. It is a bigger diameter so that the drink doesn't last as long. It just "cheapens" the quality of McDonald's. What a shame. Profits above the customer.“
