“The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“

“I went on a Sunday for my birthday and it was niceee! I loved the atmosphere and the music. The drinks are definitely 10/10 and the catfish was my favorite!!! I had to place an order to go lol but the service was kind of slow but with the drinks, music and your person or friends you’ll be okay lol.“
“Great service, clean Resturant and food was excellent. We had the broiled grouper off the special board, and the wife had flounder and shrimp combo plate. Both were extremely delicious and tasty with just the right amount of seasonings. Our waitress Briton was great even though she had a very large party at the same time. Will be back for more!!“

The food was delicious and served promptly. What stood out the most about my visit to PDQ Chicken was Tonia's warm tone and patience when I ordered my food and upon receiving it. We chatted for a bit, and I can tell you, experiences like the one I had are what create long-term, repeat customers. Will definitely be returning thanks to Tonia's outstanding service! “I've been really pleased with this new chain restaurant. They play blues music inside. And the chicken sandwiches are really good. Not the same, but as good in their own way as Chick-fil-A and a tiny bit less expensive. The have outdoor seating and a drive thru.“
“My wife, son, and I came in tonight, far too close to close. The staff were very friendly and didn't attempt to rush us through our dinner, although we did rush ourselves out of respect for the employees. Food was fantastic (as it always is in my experience) we highly recommend this location.“
“Normal Chick Fil-A. However, I had one of the best egg white grill sandwiches here. They toast the muffin which is great.The location is a little hard to get into and parking can be difficult. Like most locations, they focus most energy on the drive thru and less on the customers standing in line. The people in line generally won't leave and drive thru people will. Visited again today. Great service“
“When this place opened, of course this place was booming and overtime it has slowed back down. This place can be hit or miss with their slim's meal orders. Most times food be fresh but when the order isn't fresh you can tell they throw anything in the bag. I never get the wings here, never crispy.Service at drive thru always friendly. Overall i'd recommend this place over Bojangles close by here anyday.“

I came to this location 2 years ago and yall rocked that day too. We have 9 kids and huge orders and CFA and cookout are the only 2 places that can handle it:Tell you cooks they did great.
