“Food and service was amazing“

“We were traveling out of town and didn’t arrive in Hickory, NC until around 9 PM, so we decided to grab a bite to eat at Olive Garden. Back home, our Olive Garden stays open until midnight during the week and 1 AM on weekends, so we had no idea this location closed at 10 PM. If we had known, we probably wouldn’t have gone so late.

The hostess could definitely use a little more customer service training, but our waitress was absolutely amazing. Even though it was close to closing time, she never once made us feel rushed. She treated us like we had come in during the middle of the day and had all the time in the world.

We finished around 9:45 PM, and throughout the entire meal she was patient, friendly, and answered all our questions about the specials. She even brought my husband a drink to go because she noticed he must have been thirsty after several soda refills. She just kept them coming with a smile.

The food was okay overall. Unfortunately, we both ended up with heartburn afterward. Mine was from how spicy my meal was, and my husband’s was probably from all the marinara and spaghetti sauce. Still, the excellent service from our waitress really stood out and made the experience much better.

I really wish I had gotten her name so I could give her the recognition she deserves on here. Great service like that is hard to find these days!“

“Simply put, Just amazing. All 6 of us in the family enjoyed the Pizza and Garlic knots. Marinara sauce was on point also. Great service too. We’ll be back.“

“If you want some Little Caesars pizza then this place has it there. It doesn't take too long and it tastes like Little Caesars. You get what you pay for.

Wheelchair accessibility: It doesn't have any steps and it has a drive thru window though. And no automated doors so you might need to open the door yourself or usually there's someone standing near by to ask for some help.“

“This was my first time visiting Roma and I can say that I will be back! Food was very good (had the stromboli), and the service was great. Our waitress was very friendly. The Sierra chicken looked very good (a friend at the table ordered it), can't wait to try it the next I visit. Also, they have great ranch! :)“

I thought, why not have another slice of pizza, despite my initial doubts about its quality. To my amazement, I encountered a pizza of considerable size with an extraordinarily delicious flavor. This pizza establishment is located two and a half hours away from my place of residence, yet I am contemplating journeying back solely to relish another slice.
