“I love the food, but they need to work on their customer service. We tried to make a reservation (they don’t take them) and were told to show up at 5:00 when they open. We did, and some man laughed at us when we tried to be seated. Then he just left us at the hostess station. Luckily, a waitress seated us. It was my friend’s birthday, and it’s her favorite restaurant. We were not happy.“

“The Village Diner is our "go to" place for food that is fresh, homemade and delicious. We have frequented this restaurant for over 5 years and have never been disappointed. The diner is located in a quiet part of town and provides ample and accessible parking. There is an attractive front porch for outdoor seating and inside seating that is cozy, warm and friendly. If you're looking for place to eat with that "southern diner feel", we highly recommend it for breakfast and lunch. You won't be disappointed.“

“No atmosphere but a rocking good crew of servers. It's a take out place.
I get the all beef combo German style with sauerkraut mustard and relish. Worth the money for a quick decadent lunch. Fries are always crispy enough.

“OMG, the BEST food! My favorites are the burger and the pork chop sammy. Portions are huge-there's always enough to take some home. Prices are fair, service is cheerful and pleasant. Wish the space were bigger and had more tables. Big Bob's is one of my very favorites!“

“This particular Waffle House is in a truck stop, it isn't too bad as far as that, they have all of the usual waffle house menu items and a few new ones that I hadn't seen before overall the food was good usual Waffle House fare. Over eggs medium were quite medium.
But the French toast, sausage and bacon was all pretty good. I think really the only complaint would be that every time we order biscuits and gravy they always come out cold, my daughters came out cold just like usual she just toughed it out and ate them as they were, service was very good very nice people and the food was very prompt as for cleanliness I would give it a B- only because the syrup was sticky as heck“

“I've been coming to highway for years the owner Jeremy has made it correct it very quickly and I'm tired of people coming on here and bad-mouthing highway 55 if they don't want quality food they need to go to McDonald's they quit trying to get stuff for free because they're broke like kay shelton has tried to get free stuff from here many times complaining about things better not even worried about complaining about and wanting free food and even the food that was given to her for free when she came in and complained that she complained about that I did not want to pay for it she just broke and trying to cause problems again that is Kay Shelton talking garbage on a place she can no longer get free food“
