“Hello! I was asked by a lady that works there to send a picture of my tandoori chicken, aloo gobi, raita, naan, hummus. I bought SO many specialty Indian spices at your store to make this amazing dinner that I could not find in grocery stores. Dry mango powder, Kashmiri chili powder, garlic ginger paste and more. Staff was very helpful in finding these, asked me what I was making and confirmed that spices I bought are what they use too in same dishes. Thank you so much for the help making an amazing dinner!!“

“Holy moly! If you they have their lamb Biryani on hand, make sure to pick it up. I’ve had a lot of Biryani dishes, but never have I been given a lamb shank so big that it doesn’t fit in the container, or one so tender that it just falls apart but is still juicy. My wife got the butter chicken which was also 10/10.“

“I found this food truck by accident today. I was expecting it to be average like other food trucks, but I got a pleasant surprise! Mysore bonda was pillowy on the inside, and the chutneys complimented it nicely. Chicken manchurian was a good blend of sweet and savory, and the chicken was cooked nicely. But the highlight for me was the biryani! I’ve had bad luck experiences with food truck biryani, but I decided to try it anyway. And i’m glad I did! The chicken was succulent and aromatic, and the rice was cooked to perfection. Better than some restaurants i’ve been to! Only bad thing was that the wait times are tooo long. Aside from food, the place is cozy. I also like the name. Staff were mostly helpful. This food truck is close to the heart of Apex and beaver creek commons. You should definitely visit Namaste Chicha next time you get a food truck craving!“

“We live nearby and this is a quick Indian food pickup place. We ordered some chicken biryani and samosas. Food wasn’t exceptionally great, but it was better than other fast food Indian places nearby. (Specially Suvidha - cuz their biryani was definitely a week old and stinky)“

We had tandoori mixed grill, butter chicken, Somosa chaat, aloo gobi, naans, raita and mango chutney. We have tried so many Indian restaurants in the area, this one is our new favorite. “Good indian vegetarian restaurant in the cary area. Got channa masala, podi dosa, spring dosa , rava masala dosa, medu vada and Gobi 65. All of them were very good. The chaana masala was a little bit on the sweeter side. The Gobi 65 and medu vada are a must try here.“

“My experience with Vaishno Bhog was extremely excellent. They are making delicious sweets in the triangle area. Once we tried their sweets we never went anywhere else. “This place is authentically delicious nothing too good to be true. My stomach feels happy and content after eating the chats , the sweets are perfectly subtle not overly sweet, just really great quality ; and I love the subtle differences :) I’ve been all over North India. And yes I understand the difference but these treats are uniquley delicious. This chef and desert maker man has been there for over 20 years and the owner is co owner Keeping the business float for all of them to continue. God bless these small businesses and Craig, the owner , and his amazing chef that he always gives credit too. “South Indian outlet as Dhaba as there were Dosa & other dishes. NICE. Also doubled as a bikers outlet, with an open seating pub with locally brewed beer.
