“Just had another great experience at Chick-fil-A and it reminded me why it’s one of my favorite places to eat. The food is always fresh, hot, and consistently delicious. The chicken is perfectly seasoned, the waffle fries are crispy, and everything just tastes like it’s made with care.

“I had a flawless lunch experience. My server Kimberly was top notch. Perfect server. Food and beverages were good. We didn't have to wait or want for anything. She also was very kind with no attitude. The manager there was also very kind and displayed no attitude. This I appreciate because so many of us do give off so much attitude at various establishments. It's a little on the pricey side so I recommend taking note to the specials of the day. I would recommend as an option of places to go. I can't speak for prime time hours but for lunch hours, they did a good job.“

“Super impressed with this store. Today I bought Ribeye steaks, they were better quality meat than a restaurant. Of course, my husband cooks a delicious steak, but it starts with the quality. The employees are friendly, clean and bright store. I enjoyed my coffee and chatting with the employee (can't remember her name) who made my coffee. It's a little further away, but that's ok.“

“The quality, service, and atmosphere are good. The flavor of the chicken is unique. I liked it when paired with the slaw and pickles but not on its own. I usually don’t like slaw but it works well on the sandwich. I ate mine with honey mustard 10/10. I’m not obsessed but it is pretty good.“

“My mother in law really enjoys going to any Chick-fil-A, so when I noticed the ad for the pretzel cheddar club, she said let’s go try it! We visited on September 6. I also promised to take her to the nearby Barnes & Noble bookstore. I try to make it a fun trip out, she’s 83.

When we walked in there were many people just waiting for their orders. It seemed a bit disorganized. The restaurant wasn’t as tidy as usual chick fil A’s tend to be. But they were still as courteous & friendly as usual but just busy knocking out orders.

Because my MIL doesn’t eat much, we shared the pretzel sandwich as a meal with fries, and each got our own beverages. I love the sweet tea—it’s my go-to.

Before leaving I also ordered a vanilla shake but mistakenly with whipped cream. My fault!

We enjoyed the pretzel club & everything else!

“Went here right after arriving in Charlotte. Looking for a quick bite, but found the environment to be amazing! All of the workers were so kind, the cashier was exactly who you’d want greeting people, and staff would check in as we ate our meals.
