“Just want to shout out Jet’s pizza...I (like apparently ever other human in the area) called multiple places this afternoon for a pizza delivery a few hours ahead of when I wanted it, and Jet’s was the third try that could actually do the time I wanted the pizza to arrive. The time came and passed so I called 15 minutes after it was due to ask for an update. I was told that my order hadn’t been assigned to a driver because they got really backed up but it would be out ASAP. I was bummed since we had trick or treat to get crackin on, but I just said “ok thank you” and hung up and told the kids we would play it by ear for adjusted plans around when food got here. Just before 6:00, I get a call from Jet’s profusely apologizing, telling me a fresh pizza order would be to me shortly and my card would not be charged. My pizza arrived perfectly hot and fresh not long after, and my kids still got a full night of trick or treat in...just wanted to shout out Jet’s for this above and beyond gesture as I had NO expectation for such a thing, knowing how crazy all the pizza joints were tonight (10/31/20)“

“Welll we always like Dominoes for a change no matter where we are at ! So I will say after driving 14 hours with 2 children and our dog , getting into hotel this evening, and wanting to order Dominoes , it turned into the “ The Greatest show on earth” ! Wow , seriously .. First the call center , I can’t understand her, and she clearly could not understand me! So our food went to another hotel, When I called the branch, that was a joke as well because they don’t deliver this far and apparently their driver was out several times to the wrong hotel, They give me another number to call that’s supposed to deliver to this hotel! “ Confusing, right??” After about the third dominoes and I think I called the first one twice, And wanting my money refund it, which I literally had to ask for even though I never got the food” This Domino’s actually saved us tonight.. It was late and close to closing. She still had an upbeat personality.! And with nothing else open in the area and we are not from here and have two grandchildren that we’re hungry! The pizza is here and hot ! Thank you so much!!!! You saved us tonight!“

“Came in with a larger group and Sarah m was extraordinary!! She made so many amazing recommendations from salmon to the short rib and explained everything so well I definitely recommend coming to see her, she is so knowledgeable about the food she said she’s been here since they opened and has spent a lot of time learning and trying every item they have to offer.

The menu gives small descriptions about everything but she makes everything sound amazing!! I have been going to the south end location for so long but I think it’s time to make the switch to the birkdale location the bartenders are also super amazing, Carolyn and Shaneka (sorry if I spelt her name wrong) make the best drinks!!“
