“How can you be upset at Taco bell? It's the best bang for your buck find fast food. Grab yourself a Cravings box and call it good! Do yourself a favor and swap out the ground beef sometimes for potatoes, totally changes up a Crunchwrap supreme!“

“The girls at the drive through were polite. The only issue I had was the amount of time my order took and the lack of explanation but the store manager gave me a call and explained the delay. Very pleased with their professionalism and quality of service. The cause in my delay was due to the cook. I used to prefer the Glenburnie location until we moved closer to MLK. The past 3 times we've been to the MLK location we've had great service and this was the only time my order took long.“

“this was the best service I’ve ever gotten at a sonic. I got my order so fast, everything was right, and the worker was amazing. She double checked my order three times and read it back to me. There’s nothing I could’ve complained about! I’ll definitely go back again.“

“While I usually have great experiences when coming to this location, I was not overly impressed with the young lady working the second drive thru window. When I placed my order, I asked for two natural lemonades with my order. I paid at the first window and went to the next. The young lady hands me a regular cup. I asked is this the natural lemonade. She reply’s no it’s the Minute Maid. I told her I ordered the natural as I don’t care for the other. She informed me that she rang me up for the Minute Maid. I replied to her that I asked for the natural. My daughter looked at me and said you asked for the natural, I heard you. The young lady returns with the correct lemonade and hands the first one out the window and says next time make sure you say natural when ordering. I responded to her with I did and I asked ordered two of them. Having worked fast food and worn the head sets I understand that it is sometimes difficult to hear things. But having worked in customer service and still do, her response to her mistake was completely unacceptable and inappropriate. While I will continue to go to this location, I hope this situation will be used as a training lesson for the employees that mistakes happen, but it is unacceptable for customers to be spoken to in that manner by an employee.“

“We had just gotten to New Bern after a flight with multiple delays and we were starving. It was 10pm and we were so excited to see an Arby's and realize that they were open! The woman who took our order was so kind and very patient with us (five of us, including a wavering 6 year old). This same woman also rang us up and prepared a lot of, if not all of, our order. We were only at the window for a few minutes and then our food was out. It was hot, delicious, and exactly what we needed after a long day of travel. I wish I knew the woman's name who was so wonderful to us because she deserves a shout out.“

“So there is a sign that says, tell us how we did and get a free Dilly Bar on your next visit. Receipt is supposed to tell you how to get free bar. Well it wasn't until I got home that I realized they didn't give me a receipt. Go figure.“

“I was on my way to lay to rest a relative and when I opened my biscuit and found my chicken in a heart shape, it was all I could do to hold back the tears. Thanks Bojangles, you made a sad occasion into one of peace just with a simple piece of chicken!“

“They have the best subs in town. The prices aren’t too bad and the service is fairly quick. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because of the one employee that works there that has a hard time listening and not making my sub the way I ask when I place my order. If I tell you at the beginning I want everything then that’s what I want. This happens every time I come in and she is preparing my order. Besides that I prefer them over subway.“

“Excellent clean restaurant,food is delicious,nice & hot.The Staff was wonderful,a grandchild misplaced the phone & the Staff safely guarded it for us.Bathrooms are extremely clean. Moderate food prices,to accommodate everyone's budget. Nicely great tasting large burgers, with fresh produce,visit them soon...“

“The food was awesome. The fried chicken was lightly battered and cooked to perfection. The food also was prepared quickly and was served to our table. The staff was very professional, friendly and attentive. The restrooms are clean and orderly. There is handicap parking, access and seating.
Vegetarian options: The salads are awesome
Parking: Park on all sides of building.

“I'm from Chicago and I miss Chicago pizza terribly.
I've lived in MA, CT and now NC and have not found ANY pizza that I could even like, let alone continue to order from.
I just had to say, while it's still not Chicago pizza, this particular restaurant does not disappoint.
When I ask for extra sauce and extra cheese, they give me exactly that! The pizza is very good and I do order on a regular basis.
I've learned to make my own, somewhat comparable to what I grew up on but when I'm feeling lazy, Papa John's on Glenburnie is it!!!

“If you order from app for pickup, it gives you a food ready time and starts a count down, it’s not sync with the restaurant. In best case scenario add 10 mins to apps ready time, cause if you pull to drive up window and another customer pulls behind you, you will be asked to pull back around to window. All, with not giving you a timeline other than your order is still in the oven. Domino’s app is synced with store, at least when there app says your order is ready. It is ready. With today’s technology, Pizza Hut could do better.. Its not like their pizza is off hook, all these chains with the conveyor ovens are, all about the same in taste and quality.
Parking: Strip mall, plenty of parking in lot but not at front door, also has a drive thru“

“The Manager (Nancy) was amazing. We eat here all the time and there's usually another lady there, that I'm guessing it's the manager. But she is very rude specially to her employees. In order for a business to grow the Leader should put the example and Nancy is definitely an example of a Leader.“
