“I had the cheeseburger with chili, slaw, onion & mustard and you can tell it’s a fresh, good quality burger! The only thing it was lacking is salt. Chili & slaw was good too! The fries were good and seasoned. Free parking lot for the burger joint, which is nice for the area!“

“My husband has been on the hunt to find a good burger everywhere we go. So far, no luck until we stopped here! The food is just wow. It tastes good, looks good, and smells good! Definitely THE best burger place we’ve been to. The staff were nice, but you could tell they were working hard. Keep doing what y’all are doing, it’s amazing.“

“This spot has been on list to try for a while now and I finally got the chance to stop in. It was totally worth the wait. We were greeted with a friendly smile and a warm welcome. I was given a menu but I asked what was a favorite vegan dish. I decided on the owner’s favorite the ramen noodle dish with tofu. This is a ramen dish without a broth and it served with a white creamy goodness sauce!!! They offer a peanut sauce as well but I went with a ginger sauce. To topIt off I got the coconut cake with the blood orange filling…there are literally no words ?…I’m speechless and so happy with my dinner!!!!My expectations were far exceeded!!! The food was outstanding!!! Service was WOW!!!Not that it really matters but the bathroom wallpaper was adorable too.“

“Not going to beat around the bush I ordered the fish and chips and it was bland. The slaw was and weird maybe too much celery seed or whatever they're using I went with a friend who said her Shepards pie was great. So maybe it's hit or miss as far as menu items goes Even though I wasn't completely satisfied w my meal I still give this place 5 stars. The dining experience was awesome. The staff are incredible at their jobs. The food came out piping hot within minutes. Greeted at the door we were warned they were short staffed but not having been told that we would have never known. This was a busier shift for them and they completely rocked it!! Management must be doing something right because everyone was on point and seemed to be happy at their place of work. I really appreciate the great dining experience and would recommend ( maybe not the fish and chips) because of the awesome atmosphere. Definitely more of a pub than a restaurant but either way.. will be back will recommend and hope that the owner shows recognition to the staff because they deserve it ! I'm also in the food industry.“

“Absolutely amazing find! We chose this place because we thought the name was great but the food and service was incredible. Tammi was fantastic and friendly and attentive. We had the meatloaf and the BBQ. Both were fantastic. I would definitely eat here again and highly recommend this place to everyone.“

“Went to Blue Cow last night and will definitely be going again. I was so excited to see cheese curds on the menu. Since in the South cheese curds are cheese bites. As someone who’s from Wisconsin these cheese curds are the best I’ve had since relocating to North Carolina. The Green Tomato & Pimento Burger so good a flavor bomb. The pork rinds made in house are absolutely delicious.Lindsey was our waitress excellent service.“

“The food is amazing! Closest thing I’ve found in NC to. Melvin’s Pool Room burger. It gets very busy and you can definitely get overlooked in line. One of the staff even thought I skipped the line although I had been waiting close to 30 minutes. I know he didn’t see me but it was a bit disappointing for him to just assume that. Will definitely still go back and highly recommend trying this place while in town! Just be mindful it can get crowded and the folks working may not notice you’ve been waiting to be served.“

“Such a great smell when you walk in!! The staff was very nice helpful and friendly.. we didn't know how it runs so sweet lady behind counter showed us how to fill out an individual order form and explained we pay at end! Lots of choices in burgers and hot fogs and other yummy stuff! We went to zoo just down street today and got super hungry there! This was a perfect location! I got pt burger and fries came out super hot and had great sprinkle of flavoring on them! The burger was right off grill and good sized! Delish!! Good to last bite!.. oh and if you want fresh air while you eat there's a nice seating outside too“

“I will speak about three things, physical plant, food quality, and execution and service.The physical plant is somewhat underwhelming. If you've ever eaten in a Hwy. 55, this layout is reminiscent of that. A few pub tables, a bar, and a few booths and regular tables. They do have a few large screens, t.v.'s that are probably 70" Country music plays on the speakers at a good level for conversation. All noise from the kitchen is heard in the dining area.As for the food, I ate the Pimento Cheese Bacon burger. You can choose single, double, or triple patties. I had the double, which made my burger a little top heavy. It was moderately messy but was very tasty. I personally would have loved a larger bun to hold all that goodness inside. All the different flavors came through and were tempting to the taste.Last, there was one server Ava. She also was cashier, and greeter. She had it under control. She was friendly when I came in, and she offered suggestions. She came for refills on my drink order and even asked, "Isn't that the best burger you've ever had?"“

“A lot of times nowadays, hitting a fast food restaurant that isn't one of your normal or familiar spots is iffy at best. My family and I were pleasantly surprised with how friendly the staff was, how clean the inside was, the speed of service and food delivery and the quality of what we ordered! The person taking out order was patient and engaging with our children, which is always nice to see. Gave them recommendations and was genuinely trying to make their day better. You love to see it. Next time we're in the area, we'll stop in for sure!“

“Best place to go! Service was amazing and food was hot. There was a lady running around cleaning, taking food out, putting people at a seat that came in, everything. She was walking around talking to everyone and when she got to us she asked if everything was great and if we needed anything. We talked for a minute and I asked to speak with her manager because she was doing so much and wanted to let someone know how wonderful she was doing. Come to find out she said she was the manager Samantha. I told her it was nice to see a manager who works with her staff in every way and that we would definitely be back when we are this way.“
