“Today we had a hard/stressful day my whole family of 5 were starving and decided to stop in for food. The lady at counter was nice and caring, treating us as if we were her own family. Everyone else made sure we were being helped and so friendly. It was clean and had a relaxed atmosphere. Best part was the food. Everything we got was delicious but the BBQ Fries were on point, none left just empty trays. We will be making more trips back just to eat at the Switzerland Cafe and it’s over an hour drive but worth it. Also we had our dog and they offered a water bowl for him as well as 2 medium dog biscuits. 5 Stars all the way!”

“We have been here a couple times. Once last year on our visit for a women's retreat - had the hog rolls, and omg...that alone - and all the sauces...so good, be sure to ask to try them. And then I brought my husband back and again - the hog rolls are the winner...with the something stinger sauce? anyway - I agree with whomever said the young gal cared more about her phone, that was true the first time we were there, but seemed to me that they got the message b/c the last time we were in - which was March, she was reading a book. This is a family owned place and I am impressed at their drive for customer service. This is a hard business and a super hard time to be in the restaurant biz. More people should give this a try!”

“Food was amazing and the staff were friendly. But it was definitely a staff family hangout spot. People were just hanging out, being loud, had a baby in their arms while serving and such. That was frustrating but the food was incredible. If they would clean the junk from the back of restaurant and put arcade games this would be a great spot. I’d recommend take out and not sitting in to eat.”

“We always look for diners, where the locals go. I ordered the special appetizer, fried green tomatoes, they were really good! I had the grilled chicken sandwich which was pretty basic, but very good. I added tots, nothing special. Great atmosphere. The wait staff were really nice. That's always a plus.”

“This starbucks is inside of ingles but I love it, everyone that works here has been great. I have always got exactly what I've asked for, and I say that because my wife is lactose intolerant and there has been so many times other starbucks put milk instead of whatever I or she had asked for at the moment. Here they haven't messed up one order in the two years ice been going here.”

I can't say that I heard them say anything when we received it. The food was hot, the drinks cold. Nothing that day stood out. Sometimes you get a really nice employee with manners or the food exceptional.”

“I don’t know exactly why, but the chicken quesadillas at this location are so much better and fresher tasting than my usual Cook-Out! And the sweet tea is so far the best I’ve had in Marion. The bbq sandwich is heads and shoulders above the BBQ Hut down the road, too. I said what I said!”

“Only problem was a sign for a chicken Enchilada meal. Sign was far off and couldn't read the "what you get" with the meal. I got a lot of food, but unfortunately because I couldn't read the far off small print, I got 2 items with beef that I tossed out. I don't eat beef.
Also an elderly man came walking in with his dog. NOT A SERVICE DOG, just a dog. Walked up to the counter carrying him, then put him on the floor to order. I love dogs, but come on...”
