Keith is the kind of owner you actually see in the store, checking in, helping out, and making sure everything runs the right way. The employees are consistently friendly, motivated, and professional, which speaks volumes about how they’re treated behind the scenes. When a team is respected and supported like that, it reflects directly in the service, and this location nails it every single time. The food quality never slips. Whether it’s peak hours or late in the day, the chicken is always fresh, hot, and cooked exactly how it should be. “Came here for lunch.This was my first visit. The food is good and plenty, but I felt that it was kind of bland. There was no seasoning, not enough sauces for the tacos. BUTTTT.. Since this was my first time visiting, I will not make this review to be set in stone. I will go back and give it another try.“

“I went through Biscuitville on Martin Luther King 165 I couldn't tell who was running the place because the employees were running the place I tried to take my order back because it was wrong and ask to speak to a Manager and all these employees kept trying to help me . Get together down there.“

“My daughter and I had lunch here today and to say I was blown away by the kindness and overall amazing atmosphere this location has. I know chick fil a is known for their friendly service but these staff members went above and beyond in every way to make is even slightly easier eating out alone with a toddler. We will definitely be stopping back in!“

“Service was decent but they got 2 ordered after mine ready for some reason. Very limited seating but my main two issues with all of these locations is parking and only one bathroom. At this one I'm Greensboro, their parking lot is tiny and with only one bathroom at a time, it makes needing to go very difficult.“

“I took my 18 month old daughter to dine in this afternoon (we frequently do mobile thru and never have a complaint) but I am trying to teach my daughter how to behave in a restaurant.

As most parents, I was trying to be conscious of her noise and mess so as to not disturb the other customers dining. Leslie saw me trying to clean up, and told me that I shouldn’t be doing that and she was happy to do it once we were finished. Of course, I insisted but the interaction was very kind.

A few minutes later, Leslie returned with a small gift for my daughter and it absolutely made both of our days!! There was no long conversation beforehand, or much interaction, just a very kind woman who took the opportunity to make our days better. Leslie is the epitome of a good, hard-working, compassionate employee and CFA is lucky to have her!!

Honorable mention to the employees working the register as well. I did not get their name but their kindness was appreciated just as much.

“We just stopped in for dessert; some frozen custard concrete mixers. We don't have a Culver close to us, yet, and just love the different flavors you can get. We not only got our concrete mixers but we brought some pints of different flavored frozen custard. They are just SO good.“

“My recent visit to La bamba was a mixed experience. While the service was excellent—attentive and friendly from start to finish—the food unfortunately fell short of expectations.

I ordered the steak tacos with a side of rice. The most significant issue was the complete lack of flavor. Both the meat and the rice tasted unseasoned, as if no salt or pepper had been used. The meal was simply bland and lacked any depth.

The salsa was equally disappointing. It seemed to consist of nothing more than blended tomato and onion, missing the key spices and herbs that give salsa its vibrant flavor. It was just as bland as the main dish.

Ultimately, while the great service was a positive note, the quality of the food was a dealbreaker for me. Based on this experience, I don't see myself returning in the future.“

“I went here yesterday and there were two slightly rude very specific women ordering in front of me. The two young girls working there handled them with a ton of patience that i don’t know if i would have had. So kutos to them. My sandwich was good as well!“

“At 6:10 today on 5/31/25 the squad in Taco Bell prepared me the best ck quesidilla I've ever had from the company. 99 food grade which I haven't seen a fast food place have in awhile. The team today made my day, Taco Bell really do need to give yall raises for your outstanding shift today!!!!!

“Like always pull through drive through and ordered my food verry nice person on the speaker alwasy double checks your order and when its good i pull around to the window and get the order i just ordered and very respectful person working the drive through after i got my order i checked it in the bag and everything was good. And u can always park whereever u want and no problems.“

“Stopped in today and was actually amazed at the customer service and friendly exchange. I saw one manager actually sit with a customer in the dining room to just chat for a minute. Order was correct and fresh. Getting good help for fast food is tough but this owner must be doing something right. :)“
