“This location does a bang up job! Customer Service is on point and I’ve been in NC for almost 4 years and I am a Jersey girl. Although we have better sandwiches than Jersey Mike’s back home …. I have truly enjoyed my last three sandwiches from this establishment. Today I had the cheesesteak and it was excellent the bread was so fresh. “My order wasn't made as ordered but was still good. This location is always on point so I guess they just had an off day. I ordered on the app and went to pick it up at the drive through window. It was ready but they were waiting on other customers and I got ignored until they were finished. This was the worst visit I've ever had here but I know they've been great the zillion other times so I'm not going to hold it against them. I'll definitely return but if it's not right next time, I may lower my rating.

“The lady is very welcoming every time me and my wife go in there. She makes sure that she greets us and that we feel welcomed while we are there. Plus she makes our subs perfect. Not sure how to pronounce her name but I think it’s shnea. Either way she is a great worker“

“I never knew about Penn Station East Coast Subs. Myself and my crew were heading to Greensboro on business. I happened to see the bill board advertisement. I told the guys that I wanted to try Penn Station out. I entered the bldg and was greeted by two friendly women. The place was clean and the atmosphere was laid back. I ordered a steak sub. There was a generous amount of 🍖 on the sub. The bread was toasted and the melted cheese blanketed the meat beautifully. This sub was more like a fine arts tapestry ,but I had to tear it down. The food was good! The Arnold Palmer was good as well. I highly recommend Penn Station!“

“I walked to Jersey Mike's one evening for the donation day thing they do there(I wish more places would do that) cause I needed to get out for a walk. The staff were hopping and glad to be there and since it was evening I am sure they were tired, so I gave them a break and a good tip. Subs were the usual good stuff I expected, that is why I got 2.
