“My order wasn't made as ordered but was still good. This location is always on point so I guess they just had an off day. I ordered on the app and went to pick it up at the drive through window. It was ready but they were waiting on other customers and I got ignored until they were finished. This was the worst visit I've ever had here but I know they've been great the zillion other times so I'm not going to hold it against them. I'll definitely return but if it's not right next time, I may lower my rating.

“I walked to Jersey Mike's one evening for the donation day thing they do there(I wish more places would do that) cause I needed to get out for a walk. “I never knew about Penn Station East Coast Subs. Myself and my crew were heading to Greensboro on business. I happened to see the bill board advertisement. I told the guys that I wanted to try Penn Station out. I entered the bldg and was greeted by two friendly women. The place was clean and the atmosphere was laid back. I ordered a steak sub. There was a generous amount of 🍖 on the sub. The bread was toasted and the melted cheese blanketed the meat beautifully. This sub was more like a fine arts tapestry ,but I had to tear it down. The food was good! The Arnold Palmer was good as well. I highly recommend Penn Station!“

“This subways customer service is terrible. Nobody knows what’s going on. I’ve literally had to go orders, walk in there. They tell me they haven’t even started my order. OK no problem. Let me go sit outside. I go sit outside and they lock me outside the store on top of that it’s been plenty of other orders that have gone terribly wrong. I either think that the store should get new management or completely shut all the way down. I am really tired of paying my money to get disappointed. I mean, I could literally do this at home, but it literally is supposed to be fast food for a reason.“
