It was a garden burger and it was fried so hard and the lettuce that they put on there was pieces and some of it was black, I asked for onion on it, and it was chopped onions, this place is usually awesome. I don’t know what was with it today and they weren’t even busy.“

“Finally got to try Sips and Dips for the first time, and it was a fun experience! I’ve never had craft soda like this before and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. The concept is unique, and they offer plenty of options with different sizes and soda bases to choose from.

The space inside is small, but they make up for it with a nice patio outside that’s perfect for sitting and enjoying your drink. Overall, a great spot. I’ll definitely be back!“

“My wife and I had dinner at the Charlotte location this evening. We had great service from our server Noah, who was very quick to take our drink order and provided attentive service for our entire dinner. We both ordered a Chimichangas (my wife had the chicken and I had the beef). Both were delicious, well seasoned and served hot. (fwiw) noted the staff were sweeping and cleaning the restaurant tables quickly, after a table turned.“

“This was our first time visiting Qamaria Yemeni Coffee Co., and it did not disappoint! My mom, sister, and I meet once a month in the Charlotte area for coffee, and this spot might just become our new favorite.

We tried the spinach feta pastry, Dubai chocolate brownie, pistachio milk cake, pistachio latte, and the salted caramel Frappéccino. Everything was absolutely delicious—my favorite was the brownie! The place is super clean, comfortable, and has such a welcoming vibe.

We will definitely be making this our new monthly meet-up spot! Oh and the guys working there are hot.“

I had looked at prices online prior to visiting and my sandwich cost more than it was listed online. I still enjoyed the food but no prices listed? Seems shady and will turn a lot of folks off. Since there is a sign board in shop there’s really no excuses for this since changing prices could easily be modified without re-printing menus.“

“Absolutely delicious Thanksgiving dinner we ordered! Staff helped me load to my car and it was ready when I arrived. The Turkey was smoked and my whole family loved it. The sides were very delicious as well, a lot better than what you get at the grocery store. I loved the sweet potatoes and cranberry sauce the best. Tastes homemade and absolutely amazing!! “I’ve been to just about every Que Onda location around Charlotte, but finally remembered to take photos at the Matthews spot tonight. As a California-born taco lover, I’m almost embarrassed to admit how incredible the tacos are here... because I’ve eaten at just about every hole-in-the-wall from Tijuana and all up and down the East Coast. I know good tacos, and this place absolutely deserves its flowers.

Every single taco was phenomenal, but the steak is out of this world. The flavors are bold, the textures are on point, and the tortillas hold everything together without falling apart, which is a bigger deal than people realize. If you appreciate real tacos and not just “taco-adjacent” food, Que Onda is well worth checking out.“
