“My favorite sushi place in Charlotte. It can be hard getting a table but I’m truly so glad they stay so busy. I get takeout really often and you cannot beat the quality and prices. Last time I was in, I saw what I assume was a long-standing customer pick up a very large catering order and it was nice seeing the staff help her carry the boxes to her car.“

“I visited Hef's Restaurant for the first time this past Sunday night (June 29) an it was awesome! The best part was our waitress Jamie. She was amazing! What a personality! And she gave us incredible service and was so nice and professional.

Also, this may seem small to you but THANK YOU for having Stevia sweetener packets! Stevia is the best and most healthy sweetener and a few restaurants serve them but not many. Having Stevia sweeteners will definitely make me come back!

And finally, being open until 2:00 a.m. is terrific. I play tennis a lot in the evenings until 10:00 p.m. and not many places are open. So, you will see my tennis group coming after tennis in the future.

“The place is very clean. Walked in was greeted and seated almost immediately. I will say that I felt a bit rushed. Several servers came up to me with a 3 minute radius asking me to order. Which was slightly off putting. I got hot tea, Tom yum and padthai. The tea was refreshing, the tom yum was delicious however the pad thai was just ok. It's one my favorites and the sauce tasted different. However it was still good. The people were very nice and accommodationing. I will be coming back for some duck very soon.“

And then got on the list AGAIN hand written; and I was never texted or called to be seated??‍♀️ and it's 1am now, lol, so we went to Billy's to eat next door. This is normally a good place to eat when we come to Charlotte, idk what happened tonight. *I believe you'll do better family, I KNOW you can; take them rags off your head at the front desk, get a good uniform policy for the hostesses/waiters, stop hollering/yelling across the restaurant (I saw the manager do this tonight) bring more professionalism in the establishment. love you? ms melody“

“I recently had the pleasure of dining at Cuzzo Cuisine, and I can confidently say that it was an unforgettable culinary experience! Nestled in the heart of the university area, this gem offers a vibrant atmosphere that perfectly complements its outstanding menu.
My daughter order the fried shrimp and lobster, and I was blown away by the freshness and flavor. The shrimp were perfectly crispy, while the lobster had a delightful tenderness that made each bite absolutely amazing!

The mac & cheese, which was nothing short of heavenly. Creamy, cheesy, and baked to perfection, it was a comforting side that paired beautifully with the seafood. You can tell they use quality ingredients, and it truly felt like a homemade dish that warms the soul.

The chicken and shrimp combo was another highlight. The chicken and shrimp bowl was served over a bed of rice inside of the half cut pineapple. Proportion size pineapples added twist to this dish, which was amazing. It was a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. The combination of tropical flavors was refreshing and complemented the heartier dishes beautifully.

Lastly, I can't forget to mention the flounder fish. It was light, flaky, and seasoned just right. The freshness of the fish really shone through, making it a delightful end to my meal.

Overall, Cuzzo Cuisine exceeded my expectations in every way. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was inviting. If you're in the Charlotte area, do yourself a favor and stop by for a meal that will leave you craving more. Five stars all the way!“
