“Got to try J-birds for the first time today.. if you want an amazing burger he is definitely worth the trip!! The service was awesome and it is definitely not just a restaurant it has the "cheers" your family vibe!! When you have an owner who knows everyones name that speaks volumes you dont get that good down home feel much anymore!! Everyone is so nice I will definitely be back!!!“

“By far one of my favorite lunch spots when visiting the area. Limited locations which stinks, but the food is truly something special. Peruvian wonders for sure! The chicken combo is light, enough, and full of flavor. Sides are all solid. My favorite is the cilantro rice! The juices are so good so make sure to try one. I’m from NY so I usually only get to eat here once a year. If you live close by you are blessed! This company is doing everything right. Staff were polite and friendly. “My wife and I had dinner at the Charlotte location this evening. We had great service from our server Noah, who was very quick to take our drink order and provided attentive service for our entire dinner. We both ordered a Chimichangas (my wife had the chicken and I had the beef). Both were delicious, well seasoned and served hot. (fwiw) noted the staff were sweeping and cleaning the restaurant tables quickly, after a table turned.“

“The best part of Jekyll and Hyde is the amazing employees and the atmosphere. We were greeted and sat by a hostess with the most fun hair that compliments the steampunk feel of the restaurant and she was all smiles and very welcoming and friendly. Awesome start to dinner. Our server was Kaylee and she also made the experience very enjoyable and I would recommend asking for a table in her section if you go in. My drink was never empty and she made sure we enjoyed all our food. The food was great all around. Looking forward to going back soon!“

It was our first trip to this establishment and we were celebrating our 41st wedding anniversary. for appetizers we had the fried goat cheese and the deviled eggs; both excellent. The entrees included the flat iron steak, and the grouper. They were nice enough to provide me with a gluten free version. Let's just say there weren't any leftovers as everything was very tasty! For dessert the fried blueberry pie and the cheesecake were very good. Neely our server, attended to our needs promptly and was personable as well. Overall we had a very nice pleasing dining experience and would recommend New South to anyone.“
