“NC Donut Star is simply the Best! A coworker turned me onto theDonut Star and I have to fight the urge to go there sometimes because I battle with my weight. The donuts are light and fluffy. They are so soft and delicious. I am going to the beach today and I am going to pick up an assortment so my mom can try them. I have raved about this place and she is curious as to see what they taste like. I am sure that she will be delighted as I am. The store is clean and it is a great environment. All of the donuts in the case look so inviting that it is hard to choose what little beauty you will pick out. I am impressed! I highly recommend checking them out. Krispy Kreme Who? yeah, I said that.“

“I went through the drive through this morning and a gentleman by the name of RJ took my order. Easily the best customer service I have ever received at a Dunks. I have worked primarily customer service most of my life and I have lived in Boston for about 7 years and have gone into hundreds of different locations. Not only was his service better than any other Dunks I have been to, but it was better than most of the people I have worked with/for in the industry. His service is enough to make this my main location in town, even though it is out of my way.“

“We requested “No ice” in our sweet tea, as we had a take out order and did not want our drink to be watery when we got home. We did not know there was a dollar charge for no ice. Not complaining about the cost, but wish we were told the charge was added to the bill. We did not notice until after we paid. Please consider telling customers if additional unexpected charges are added to their bill. We have never paid extra for no ice, and understand if we have to be served less drink.“

“I do stop at Duncan's quite often for a drink. A lot of times I feel like there are drinks are more watered down unless taste. There are hot coffee is great. If you get there early their donuts are good after 10:00 they always seem to be dried out. I travel a lot and try to stop in there quite often for their drinks.“

“This place has amazing food. My partner and I went to try it. And were completely blown away on the taste and quality of the food. I will go back. I recommend the Chicken Sandwich and I can't wait to try a donut or a cinnamon bun. The iced strawberry matcha was dynamite.“

“Cute spot but not quick. Service was a little slow but very friendly. Hashbrowns were basically mush, maple bacon crossaint was okay - not a fan of the bacon, next time I'd get the regular crossaint. Everything else (donuts, bagels) tasted as expected. Building could use some renovations.“
