“Visited thousand hills yesterday (Sunday July 13) at around 11am for the 1st ever.

When we walked in, there was an event going on with a full on DJ & a photographer. I was surprised but it was a nice surprise. Found out that this type of event happens twice a month.

Line was long but moving quickly. I got an iced vanilla latte with cold foam & it was SO good. I would recommend & I’ll be back again!“

“This is by far, one of my favorite coffee shops in the area. The coffee is good and hot (an understated quality). They're always willing to brew a fresh batch when the hot coffee has been sitting. The only downside is that the service and atmosphere can be inconsistent at times. I've been charged different prices for the same item several times. This particular shop is more conducive to in-person meetings as opposed to remote working/ video meetings due to the noise. There is a back room which is ideal for remote working but unfortunately it can become a bit noisy as well (music and other patrons). The lighting, decor, and ambience added pluses.“

Yes, this coffee shop is part of the Lake Forest Church campus. Honestly, I wondered if that would be odd but it was a very friendly space.

I had a chai latte (with oat milk)and cranberry muffin. Both were excellent. I do wish they had a London fog option!

The shop is adorable and has a great wine selection as well as great homemade pastries. They also make sourdough in house! Everyday Market is a MUST. I will return!“

“Loved all of it. The vibe makes you want to travel to Greece; in fact I'd say the vibe transports you to a cafe in Greece for a little. The food is delicious. I got the classic Giro + Cucumber Salad + Greek Coffee. I was skeptical of the Greek coffee at first, but wow it was good. Food was fresh, and came out quickly. I will be back again soon!!“

I asked for a couple of “child friendly” options, so we ended up ordering the Oreo Wow and Cocoa Cream Wow, both of which were delicious treats.
The place is clean and still looked fairly new.
