“We are on vacation from Cleveland. Went to the fairgrounds for food truck Tuesday. Fat Backs truck had a good line of all kinds of people, so I knew the food was good. I had to wait for my sides (the man in the truck was doing all he could to get them to me quick) but it was worth it for the BBQ plate. Meat was tender, smoky, and juicy. The sauce was good too. Nice and tangy. Will go again if I'm in the area. Great job guys.“
