“Tranquil Harbor is one of our go-to places to eat on the island. We love that we can make a reservation since many places don’t take them. The salmon is incredibly good as is pretty much everything we’ve ever ordered. I’m a super particular person when it comes to restaurant food so you better believe if I’m a repeat customer (dozens of times over), it must be good. Bonus is we have some in our family with sensitive tummies and if anything had ever been off as far as freshness, their guts would’ve let us know. No issues at all. Also we adore the bartender whose name escapes me at the moment. She makes a mean martini and is always friendly and fun.“

“I have been a big fan of Mo’s Pizza for years. Today I tried some other menu options and was completely blown away. The pasta and marinara are excellent. The vegetables are well prepared and fresh. They are not heavily sauced but rely on their natural flavor. The roasted potatoes were exceptional. Service was very friendly, prompt and professional. A real plus is being able to get a first rate meal without having to sit in traffic for an hour. Plenty of free parking more bonus points! Highly recommended!“

“This is absolutely my favorite restaurant in Brunswick County. The location, atmosphere, exceptional waitresses and waiters and the best menu. I'm an hour away or I would be there more often. For the old lady birthdays celebrations The Rusty Hook is my go to. Will be the this Sunday and cannot wait. Never disappointed.“

“This particular restaurant warmly welcomed my wife and I to the Holden Beach community nearly three years ago. During this period they have consistently and very welcomingly provided us with the absolute best fresh, hot, and tasty seafood dinners, served with a variety of sides, and hands down, the very best homemade banana pudding I have ever tasted!“

“Went to DQ on way to the beach last week, Had great customer service from the lady who we found out was the manager who not only whipped up some amazing Sundaes and peanut buster parfaits for a big group of us but did it with out missing a step and always kept smiling, We enjoyed our stop and will definitely be back. “The British lady makes my nuggies and fries sound so fancy. McDonald's has stepped their hospitality game back up. All drive tru workers have been nice. There is a real difference going on in Southport. Good job y'all.
