“Bathrooms don't have proper handicap for women's room very hard for us to get in and out of the door .only 1 side ofb the business has a handicap ramp wouldn't it be better to have both sides with ramps ?easier for us ♿️ handicap people to since alot of elderly go there and handicap parking is always full“

“I believe this is the McDonald's at Black Mountain at the NC 9 exit right off 40... cheeseburgers and fries were fresh and hot, they really hit the spot! Ha!
I didn't go inside but parking lot and landscaped areas were neat and clean.

“Every time I go here, awesome service and tasty food!Today when I went here, I found them trying to fix a broken sign. Then they accidentally gave me the wrong food. But hear me out! We all live in a breaking world, but I think that as humans, it's not about what breaks but how you fix it and your attitude that really matters. And these people did great! They had a good attitude, had laughter in their voice when they welcomed me (presumably about the sign) when I first ordered, and had the right thing waiting for me when I came back around. I'm sure the sign will be fixed soon too. And hey, I got to try something new (power bowl) and it was much better than I expected! I'm proud of myself too because years ago, I'd have barely even touched it because I was so picky. What could have been a terrible visit was actually an awesome part of today's adventure for me! ? “The man at the window was so sweet. My grandson took forever to order what he wanted and I apologize to man in the window and he was like"you don't worry about that you worry about that baby. We have more than enough time to wait on him." And the food was on point my grandbabies ate it like it was their last meal hahaha! Black mountain Wendy's is awesome!“

“I went to the drive-thru today June 2nd Sunday at 12:40 p.m. and I'm not sure who the crew is today but I have to say I lived here 25 years and that has to be the best service the best food that I have received from McDonald's in years the fish sandwich that I got was hot it was flaky it was crispy it was on the bun correctly it wasn't just slapped up there like it usually is I don't know if it's the people you have working right now or if it's just they took time I'm not sure what it is but I would highly recommend anybody going and eating on Sunday if they have that same crew working together“

“Definitely one of the best looking Subways I have been to in a long time. Everything was clean, even the way all the ingredients were stored and handled. It was spotless. You could see frost on the tins that were holding the the cold ingredients. I oreder the baja chicken sub and it blew me away how good it was. It might just be a sub to a lot of people but I dont usually eay subs and it was one of the best lunches ive had here in Marion. Im not from the area so Ive been trying a few different places around here, mostly the small local places. Staff were nice, respectful and professional. They both washed their hands after every sandwich made. It was a delight to just be in such a clean subwayml, honestly.“

“One of the best subways Ive actually eaten at in a long while the folks were friendly and on point with the ordering and the clerks on the pilot side some of the friendliest folks around id definitely recommend this place for any driver to stop at they actually seem to care about us and that's hard to find now a days, the parking is pretty limited but I guess it being up in the mountains of NC It can't be helped but the lot was well lit and ultimately peaceful for a good rest, highly recommend just try to get here before 3 pm haha or you may have to find you a bobtail spot“
