“This is the nicest Hardee’s I have ever been to. I have visited a couple times on my way to the trails nearby, and both times, the service, food, and atmosphere were excellent. I understand from other reviewers that this restaurant doesn’t get it right every single time, but it has been my observation that there is actually a great deal of care and pride taken by the good people employed here.“

“I believe this is the McDonald's at Black Mountain at the NC 9 exit right off 40... cheeseburgers and fries were fresh and hot, they really hit the spot! Ha!
I didn't go inside but parking lot and landscaped areas were neat and clean.

“I ordered the classic burger. Everything was perfect EXCEPT the burger. It was still slightly pink. I returned to the drive-through. They gave me another one at no charge. It was cooked exactly the same. I threw both away. Money wasted. :/“

“I went to the drive-thru today June 2nd Sunday at 12:40 p.m. and I'm not sure who the crew is today but I have to say I lived here 25 years and that has to be the best service the best food that I have received from McDonald's in years the fish sandwich that I got was hot it was flaky it was crispy it was on the bun correctly it wasn't just slapped up there like it usually is I don't know if it's the people you have working right now or if it's just they took time I'm not sure what it is but I would highly recommend anybody going and eating on Sunday if they have that same crew working together“

“One of the best subways Ive actually eaten at in a long while the folks were friendly and on point with the ordering and the clerks on the pilot side some of the friendliest folks around id definitely recommend this place for any driver to stop at they actually seem to care about us and that's hard to find now a days, the parking is pretty limited but I guess it being up in the mountains of NC It can't be helped but the lot was well lit and ultimately peaceful for a good rest, highly recommend just try to get here before 3 pm haha or you may have to find you a bobtail spot“

“Definitely one of the best looking Subways I have been to in a long time. Everything was clean, even the way all the ingredients were stored and handled. It was spotless. You could see frost on the tins that were holding the the cold ingredients. I oreder the baja chicken sub and it blew me away how good it was. It might just be a sub to a lot of people but I dont usually eay subs and it was one of the best lunches ive had here in Marion. Im not from the area so Ive been trying a few different places around here, mostly the small local places. Staff were nice, respectful and professional. They both washed their hands after every sandwich made. It was a delight to just be in such a clean subwayml, honestly.“
