“I stopped here after seeing the reviews and it's not much to look at but it's clean and simple. It is a great place to get a chilli dog and hamburgers and you can make it a meal by adding the yummy tator tots or fries with chilli and cheese. And if you are looking for something sweet let them talk you into getting one of their pies they have at the register that they put on the grill and serve it hot. I get hungry just thinking about it lol.... I can't wait to go back!The people who work there make the experience perfect after getting the fantastically delicious simple food they are super nice and super helpful and they went out of their way to make my 1st experience there terrific. “We went to the restaurant. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and this was between shift change. The food was fresh and delicious. The presentation was very simple to make do with the welcoming appearance of the hub. It is a "y'all come and get some good food with great friends!" atmosphere. Many restauranteurs knew each other and the staff. If I was looking for a place to frequently hang out and make friends this would be my place to go.“

“This little grill is located in a Mobile Station/Convenience Store. This is strictly a take out spot where you can view their offerings cafeteria style. There is plenty of parking available to the left side of the store. I ordered the Ox Tail plate which comes with rice, pigeon peas, shredded cabbage, and sweet plantains. I also tried the Cod Fritter. The order was complete in around 10 minutes since all that was required was to place the already cooked items in a take out container. The Ox Tail was excellent - falling off the bone tender with a lot of flavor. As always with this dish, there are small bones as well as the large ones, and there will be some small area of gristle, so some caution is required as you eat. The rice, peas, cabbage mixture and the plantains were all very good, though a bit under seasoned for my tastes - some salt and a bit of hot sauce cured that up quickly. I didn't care for the well sized fritter, there was no flavor and it was rather greasy. The cost was $18, and while there was a lot of food (take out container was packed full), most of it was the rice, peas, etc. The ox tail was not overly abundant. The service was great, pleasant and efficient. I will come back to try the Goat Curry, Jerk Chicken, and the Fish Stew. Ambiance - 2 (as you would expect) Food - 4 Service - 4.5 Value - 3“

“The food is excellent but they are definitely understaffed. If you have time to wait and can be patient then by all means go because the food is well worth it. I had to wait around one hour and twenty minutes for a to go order on a weekend.There was no where to move or turn around inside due to the amount of people waiting to sit, pay, and get take out.“

“I have been enjoying Waldo's Wings for 30 years. Jackie started it long ago, and now Chris Michael and Zoe are keeping up the tradition and kept the same high quality and great taste as ever. “When I say hole in the wall, that's exactly what I mean. BUT, their fried chicken and potato wedges are on point! Hot out the grease, you can't beat it. Don't come with expectations of a great meal because the other sides leave much to be desired. In fact, the other items are pretty disappointing but stick to the wings and wedges and you won't go wrong. Get it to go because you don't want to eat inside. Don't expect great customer service. It probably won't happen. But, you'll get some good fried chicken and this has become my "fix"!Parking: Adequate parking but stick to the drive-thru“

“We have ordered pizza here 10+ times and every time has been amazing and consistent. They definitely do not skimp on the toppings. The pizza stays fresh over multiple days however it's best eaten the first day. Overall the best pizza I have ever had.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free could be better.“

“The pizza was amazing! The wings tasted great, but were incredibly tiny, especially for the price. Delivery was the biggest problem. You can't get a hold of anyone when you call the restaurant. Do NOT use the Slice app! They completely screwed up our delivery, and were rude about it! I'll try dining in next time.“

“Sports bar with plenty of screens and feeds. Early evening and 4 or 5 or 6 different things were on. Definitely a good place for sports fans looking for good food and good drinks. The house kolsch beer was quite good. Packs a bigger punch than most so beware of driving!Wheelchair accessibility: Good wheelchair access though not enough parking near curb cutout. Low and high table seating and booths with good room between. Restrooms look easy to access though from one side a long trek through entire restaurant to reach.“

A little secret, get their Garlic Parmesan wings with some extra sauce and dip that Philly right in that sauce and it will be one of the greatest food adventurers of your Winston-Salem life. I got the Chopped Chicken sandwich with BBQ slaw and a side of onion rings. “I ordered dinner from this little place on DoorDash one Sunday afternoon; I was drawn in with their low prices, wide variety of food options, and they have a low delivery fee. I ordered a cheeseburger, a chili dog with onions, and the spaghetti with meat sauce. I recommend this place for their prices, but here’s why you’re getting what you pay for: The Cheeseburger: when ordering your toppings, take their options VERY LITERALLY. I ordered my burger with lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mayonnaise, and “melted cheddar cheese”. In my mind, I’m thinking “they must steam melt the cheese over the grill”, versus the “cheddar cheese” option which I assume is just that but I took it as “a cold slice of cheese placed on after the party comes off the grill.” The burger I had was left half eaten because this cheese-flavored product they put on was farrrrr too sweet for my palate. But at the end of the day, this was my mistake for ordering it. I won’t make that decision again. 4/10 The Hot Dog: pretty decent, nothing super special about it. The Frank was definitely all-beef, which I can appreciate. The onions, I think, could me minced instead of diced. 6/10 The Spaghetti w/Meat Sauce: for a restaurant, I’d say it’s poor. For a cafe attached to a Citgo? It’s decent! The noodles were a little chewy, I’m assuming they weren’t made fresh to order, and the sauce was hearty but could use a little more seasoning. Even a dash of oregano, basil, red pepper, cumin, and garlic powder would really enhance the overall depth of flavor to your sauce! 7/10 Overall, again, it’s not a bad deal for the price you pay. It was the cheapest DoorDash delivery I ever had, even after adding a tip. I would still recommend, if you want to order different options at once.“
