“As a Whataburger expert from Texas. This was exactly what I was hoping for. Exactly like a normal Texan Whataburger. Obviously the line is going to be very long opening week since this is such a huge deal and since this establishment is so good.
The staff was amazing and the line was moving quickly for how massive it was. Everyone seems to be well trained and ready to accept the massive amount of people coming to eat. Food was 10/10 like always!“

“i loved the place go here all the time hey i will mention sometimes i get drive thru and they do miss like one or 2 drinks or sandwich’s or fries but they will change your order I got a salad one time that looked old and didn’t look fresh so i asked for fries instead and they gave me the fries for free other than that food is good nice staff clean restaurant.

“Normal late night drive thru traffic, I went inside ordered shakes, greeted by staff and a good alternative suggestion on my milk shake selection which I will try later. I was able to enter clean store location late hours after 10:30pm, I wish my home location would do the same.“

“I like the remodel, I like the new menu specialties, just sometimes they fail to execute the product. There is no consistency in the service. Sometimes the food is hot, other times not. If you order the same item two days in a row, you will not get the same sandwich.“

“I went through Biscuitville on Martin Luther King 165 I couldn't tell who was running the place because the employees were running the place I tried to take my order back because it was wrong and ask to speak to a Manager and all these employees kept trying to help me . Get together down there.“

“The employees in the back of the house are very unprofessional. There is alot of playing. There was a gentleman "light skinned with dreds"working with no hair net. I will say the young lady working the front register was very professional and nice. Her name was Latisia.“

“At 6:10 today on 5/31/25 the squad in Taco Bell prepared me the best ck quesidilla I've ever had from the company. 99 food grade which I haven't seen a fast food place have in awhile. The team today made my day, Taco Bell really do need to give yall raises for your outstanding shift today!!!!!
ETA: the very next days shift is different, very short and rude. Quesidilla today sucked :(“

“I arrived around 11:30 am on a Sunday, and it was busy—the line was actually spilling out into the street. I wanted to go inside, but the drive-thru line was blocking the entrance and parking spots. They only have one drive-thru lane here, unlike other locations. After a few minutes, I finally managed to park and head inside. The lobby had a TV and about 16 tables, and it was cool to see a lady making biscuits right there in front of us.
I ordered at the counter around 11:37 am, and the cashier was really friendly. You could tell the staff was working hard. There was just one person ahead of me. I went with the grilled chicken, egg, and cheese biscuit with fries and a strawberry tea. The total was about $9.92, and my food was ready less than a minute later. I forgot to ask for ketchup for my fries, but luckily I had some BBQ sauce from Cookout in my car (lol). The wedges were a bit bland on their own, but they’d probably be great if they were better seasoned. The biscuit itself was delicious and at the perfect temperature. And the strawberry tea? It had real strawberries in it, which was awesome. I love strawberries, but the only downside was that they kept blocking the straw opening, haha.
I’ll admit, I had a bad experience with Biscuitville years ago—I tried one of the platters, and it was awful, so I didn’t go back. However, I received a gift card a few months ago and decided to give the biscuits a try. Since then, I’ve been a fan!
The only issue I have now is the parking lot and the drive-thru setup. The line shouldn’t block people who want to go inside, so I hope they look into that.“

“I recently went here with my company. There were about 30 of us there. The servers did a great job tending to all us despite our large party. The bar tender was great too! We did not all get there at the same time and they still allowed us to order drinks prior to being served at the table. The food and drinks were great. I ordered a Quesadilla Texana, it comes witch Chicken, Steak, and Shrimp. Additionally, my Coworker and I split a Texas Margarita Pitcher. It was $35 for the pitcher and it was well worth it. All in all we had a great experience and I will definitely be returning.“

“My husband came in on 3/30/24. He said the staff were very nice and were a little busy. He told me about the awful lady that waited on her food and wanted a refund and what took place with her throwing her drink at the glass. We felt horrible about this. These were the best sandwiches we have ate from this location. My husband said the sandwich artist took their time and made sure the order was correct, instead of quick look at ticket and hand off incorrect order. Way to go guys and gals of JJ! Hang in their this world no longer knows how to be decent.“

“The chicken just isn't quite as good as I remember. Maybe everywhere chicken quality is down a bit due to the bird flu and the mass slaughter of millions of animals. Still one of the better children dining experiences around. Sides and drinks were excellent as always.“

“I have to give it to tacobell they close at 1am and I come through after 12:30am. Normally I would not have even bothered them I know they are ready to go home. But I went through really quick ordering as less as possible and even though you can tell they probably hated me, they still served me with a smile. Great crew yall have. Thank you!

“I had five individual orders, so I placed my large order inside. Cashier was helpful, friendly, and each order had the customers name on their receipt. They place all large orders in one bag for easier handling. (Out of to go cup holders, so this helped).
Only problem was I didn’t have any butter or sour cream with my baked potato, but I will know next time to ask.It was a big order, so leaving out that was not a big concern.“

“Best bbq plate and coleslaw in a 20 mile radius from me. They’re always so cheerful and accurate with the order! Everyone in customer service , take a page out of cookouts book! Top notch! Burgers, hotdogs , fries with chillie and slaw, milkshakes, sweet tea. Cookout is the best!

“This place spot is the best! I have been to other locations; however, this one is my go-to place. Mainly because the staff is ALWAYS friendly and puts a smile on my face. Now, let's talk about food prep, every time on point because every knows ready to eat foods can't be handled with bare hands, thank you staff. I even noticed the hot food prep staff came up to assist and changed his gloves. Please note you should always change gloves after changing tasks, kudos staff. This place can get busy can you blame them it's where to be when you want the right sandwich(s). Made perfectly every time because they listen to how you want, and it's prepared without the impression you are asking for too much. Food made your way the right way every time. The staff handles the crowd with ease everyone's tone remain the same, you are acknowledged that you are in line it's just wonderful customer service hands down! I want to thank the staff/management/Owner for staying real people, having real conversations with all human beings. You are the definition of lead by example. The smile I have once I leave to enjoy what I know is going to be an amazing dance of flavor to my tastebuds is priceless.“

“All I can say is WOW! This is the cleanest, nicest Burger King in Greensboro. ??? And the service was great, staff was amazing. You guys are the model of all BKs period. I have worked for this company when I was younger and now in my 50's I have graduated to reviewing them. Shari, my lady you should be training every new hire on that front end because your detail to service can't be beat.?❤️ This is hands down my favorite BK and there is one closer to me. Keep doing what you do. People don't just buy the steak they buy the sizzle. You can't just go anywhere and get the experience we got there. Thanks guys you all deserve the crown ?? ??? on this one. Five of them! My brother and I enjoyed the food and the service. YOU GUYS ARE THAT VIBE!!! ???

“Probably the best place to eat in town. Because it's avoided by all the locals for some reason and I've lived here my whole life and I know some of the people that work here and they get it done. The food's good and they got the best deals of all the fast food restaurants

“Food is pretty consistent at this location and the drive thru seems to move fast. We got one double cheeseburger and one regular cheeseburger tonight for a quick dinner.
We ordered no onions and extra pickles and they delivered on both modifications. The price isn’t terrible for these burgers but I sure do miss the cheeseburgers when they were just a little over a dollar!

“It all started when we went to the Cook-Out on W. Market St. and ordered 4 trays at the drive-thru, which was the only way to order at that particular location. Didn't check the order because I thought that all locations were consistent in their quality control. I was so wrong. When I got home, we opened the bag and you would have thought the Styrofoam boxes had been canonized they were so holy-from all the hot grease-all 4 boxes. 33 dollars down the drain... So I called the number on the bag and it was immediately answered by the manager who apologized and sent coupons for the 4 trays. But going back, we chose the Battleground Ave. location because they have a dine-in area and their reputation is much better. They apologized again and made up for the mistakes of the other store. Needless to say, we won't be going back to the W. Market St. Cook-Out ever again

“Thank You Scott for all the kindness you showed my daughter, and I! Your customer service was a 100 out of 10! The conversation you had with my daughter and I made a huge impression on her. This conversation took place while making our families subs. He asked all the questions. Didn't rush us paid attention to what was said! All with a smile upon his face, a pep in his step. He didn't rush us or make us feel awkward for ordering 3 different subs. This was seriously the least anxiety stricken Subway trip ever for me. And all of our subs were correct!
1 ~ After starting a conversation with her with her about the new Lilo and Stitch and listening to her while she told you about the new Frozen movie and how special Elsa is to her sister and our family and then about Bubblegum.
2 ~ You asked her what kind of sub she wanted and listened intently as she chose all of her toppings! She was especially impressed with you turning the sub around to make sure you had put enough black olives on it for it!
3 ~ You spoke to the gentleman when he came in as well! And helped the young lady that works with you! My daughter notices acts of kindness. And you complimented her sandwich. But that fact that you listened and asked her approval and complimented her taste, you made her feel like a big girl!
Afterward, she told me the last time she went to a different location, and the woman asked her great grandmother instead of her. When she told the lady,she acted as if she wasn't there answering the questions, ignoring her because she was too little.
4 ~ Thank you for being so kind and engaging with your customers! The customer service was spot on! And one more thing that drives our whole interaction tonight home.
As we were walking out the door, my daughter said "Mom when I grow up and have a son, I will name him Scott."And I hope he has a big smile, to greet everyone with, and I hope he is ad happy and nice as this Subway Scott!"
