“What can I say??? We LOVE English Rose. It’s a comfortable place where we can go have coffee and a treat, or ice cream, or my favorite energy drink. Marie and her family are the best. They have created a wonderful community gathering place for Pleasant Garden and the surrounding Southeast community. We also enjoy Food Truck Fridays. Marie’s creativity and desire to unite the community have brought a wonderful addition to Pleasant Garden. My favs: chocolate brownie and Granny Squares and the gluten-free guava cupcakes“

“I have gone before but this time I took my special needs kiddo after school. The lady working was very kind and patient. She let him try different flavors until he found one he liked. Yummy ice cream. Coloring books and games for the kiddos!“

“The first time I went there I had my two boys. The young lady let me taste rose ice cream, yes real rose petals. I didn't buy it at that time. so, I made another trip took my daughter and my fiancé. I got my rose petal ice cream and loved it. We all got ice cream headed back to my car to eat. Then my fiancé asks me do I want some more? I looked at him and said no I'm full. I said, your going back to get more, he said yup. He then asks my daughter if she wants more, she says sure. They both go back in to get more. He comes back to let me know they have crown royal ice cream. I asked real liquor he said yes. I said well I will be back for that one. The ice cream is homemade and smooth. Best ice cream hands down. Go and try something different. They have lots to choose from.“

“Only losing a star because of my experience today. I just walked in after placing a pick up order, one of the people in line asks me “Are you Harmony”? I say “Yes”, she responds “Okay they just called you!” I’m thinking okay great I am glad my order is ready quick because I just clicked “I’m Here” on the app. Not thinking it’s a issue. Until one of the workers says in an annoyed tone “I called your name like 3 times!” Well okay! I wasn’t here to hear them any of the three times smh. The cake was still bomb tho!“

We went today for a simple dessert.
A strawberry paleta.
And a papaya frozen drink. We also grabbed the kids some pre-packaged character ice cream bars, like you would get from an ice cream truck. We skipped on the street food today, but another day soon for sure!

The papaya frozen drink was made fresh. It was simi-sweet with the faintest bitter undertone. It wasn't too sweet or sugary. The texture was smooth and creamy. It had a good melon type flavor, if you aren't familiar with papaya. Papaya is SUPER healthy for you, and this is a wonderful way to get in your daily dose.

The strawberry bar was full of strawberry flavor and very creamy. It was a good consistency to bite into. It had a fresh strawberry slice inside as well. This was packaged, so I'm not 100% sure if these are made in-house, but they are great for a grab & go dessert!

The service was wonderful. The people working today spoke Spanish & English. They were welcoming to my family & kids.

We hope to go back soon to try the food and many other desserts and items on their menu! Keep an eye out for updates. 😊“

“My daughter pre-ordered at the Kernersville location. She went to pick up her order and was told they've sold out. The money and her points were taken from her account. I called the Bridford location in error. I got Anthony, the manager on the phone. He was very polite and understanding and offered to make my daughter's order. This is amazing customer service! We won't be going back to the Kernersville location. They need a class in customer service. Niceness and making it right speaks volume.

“I went last night to get the valentines cupcakes. Yazmine and Nygeria were working and I’m so glad they were! My daughter loved them! They made her ice cream just how she likes it. They had positive attitudes and worked really well together!“

“This yogurt shop is the best one around. I visit this shop very frequently, and everytime I visit the owners are in the shop. They are both very friendly and kind to everyone that walks in the shop. They offer a very friendly atmosphere and make sure all of their customers are pleased with the services. I went in one day and asked for butterfinger topping and the next time I went in the shop it was out. I am very pleased with this shop and the owners. The flavors of the yogurt is on point and I always find something I want. I am never disappointed with the choices and the taste of the yogurt. This is a must have business, you should visit! “Omg!! This is my favorite place to go anytime even after going to the gym or walking a few miles I stopped by the juice shop to get me a smoothie fir many years Ive gone here.They have different flavors like guava polar peach citrus twists, raspberry .
Blueberry blasts etc... put protein, calcium etc. A few things that you could put in real simple and delicious.“

“A party of four go into Mayberry about 3:10 this afternoon! We waited about 5 minutes to even be seated! No one seemed to know what to do! We had to keep moving as we waited so that a lady could sweep! We ordered just banana splits and 2 ice cream sundaes! They were brought to us in a timely manner and that was it! Never saw the waitress again until I paid! My grandson dropped his spoon, I got up to get him another, no one at the counter! One waitress just walked by me to get out the door! No wait staff to be seen in the restaurant! Everyone was in the kitchen, talking! One lady was standing in the opening and I know that she could see me at the counter, but she chose to ignore me! I was ready to go behind the counter, but couldn’t see any spoons! After 3-4 minutes a lady comes out! We finish and get up to leave, no bill! I go to counter and wait probably 5-7 mins. Cashier has to ring up 2-3 ice creams and some man was trying to get his to-go order and he had been waiting a while! When the cashier finally ask me why I’m there, I tell her to pay my bill! She has no bill, can not find it on the cash register! She asked me twice where we were sitting! While she calls our waitress, she rings it up and I finally paid! Doesn’t give me my change back, I have to tell her what I gave her and how much change she owes me! First time in a long time that we’ve been to Mayberry and probably won’t be going back! Wasn’t very busy this afternoon, lots of employees just standing around/in the kitchen doing nothing!“

“I was really pleasantly surprised at how kind Emma was. I asked if the strawberry ice cream had dye in it and she said it did and asked if we had an allergy. My wife said yes, and Emma went out of her way to make sure everything was safely prepared. She even went and prepared the ice cream in the back away from the other flavors, and checked a few of the waffle cones before finding one that was free of sprinkles. She just seemed to genuinely care, which is really hard to find, and stands out to us.“

“I have LOVED Moravian cookies for a long time. I was SO glad to find the 13.5 tin while at Fresh Market in Moore Co. this holiday season. But this time I was disappointed. TOO many of the cookies are just broken. Not just broken! In pieces? Product costs TOO much for the quality to be SO poor! Do better!“

“I confess that I was super anxious to know this place because of some friends around the world that told me that this store has the best cinnamon roll ever. It is not close to my house but we drove for half hour just to try and I have to say that it was worthwhile! Not only the cinnamon roll but also has other sweets that are super tasteful. I am glad that I order to eat at my home because if I had tried on the place I probably should eat a lot more. the reason that I don’t give 5 star is only because of the staff that doesn’t show much effort and it was ok.“
