“The staff are always kind, courteous, and positive. They greet everyone that comes in. The lunch rush usually has a line to the door but get you in and out. Even at the end of the line I was there maybe 10 min. They got the sandwich making down to a science.“

So we just made it a family date night and she made it even more special. Keep doing what you are doing from your heart sweet girl. You are beautiful people pleaser. “The biscuitville on Raeford road, the manager was moody and loud. She was openly correcting her employees, louder than it should have been. She addressed me with a slight unpleasant response. I prefer going to the Biscuitville on Green Street. The food is good.“

“It is hard to impress me when it comes to fast food chains because usually the service is not there and the food is well not good. I stopped by this location to give it a try. Immediately upon entering, I was greeted and noticed how clean the restaurant was. Kudos. I placed my order and went to wash my hands. The bathrooms were stocked and immaculate. When my food was ready, I sat down to eat and it was exactly the way I ordered and everything was hot and fresh. I will definitely be visiting this location again. Anytime I get take out too they are always nice super fast and always communicative about the time. Obviously the best part is the pizza never burnt or messed up order when I receive my order. I understand that people are up early and that this establishment closes at 2 pm, and people want to go home, but even though we arrived at 1:27 pm, we were rushed and made to feel as if we were not valued customers. Comments were made when another family came in after us. Plus, my husband ordered a English muffin breakfast sandwich and it wasn't even toasted!!! We ate and left by 1:50 pm but not with a good experience this time.“

“Had a bad experience the night before when I arrived 10 minutes before closing only for fresh fries, and the fries were old not hot and fresh, so I went back next day July 12th explained to the GM and he looked like I was speaking French to him and never said a word, so I proceeded to order another large fry and large dirty rice, he took order and made sure I had receipt but never tried to compensate me for the old un fresh food the night before. I thought to myself how I taught the managers at KFC and I told the to WOW any customer that has had a bad experience because we want them to come back and be satisfied.“

“Best drinks ever. Every place makes their soda differently, via the mixture of syrup and carbonated water. Here, its the perfect combination, making a deliciously crisp and refreshing soda! “Regarding the staff-member Rebecca, she is simply awesome! We live in Southern Pines, NC about an hour away. This Zaxby's is across the street from MAACO paint and body. So, when we brought our car, and picked it up a week later, we ate at Zaxby's on Skibo Road. Rebecca is electric! So friendly, helped us with the menu, brought our food out to us, and came over to check on us!!! My wife and I agree that as crazy as it sounds, we want to come back over and over to try and see Rebecca. She is a true asset to the Zaxby team, and should be given a promotion. Energetic, genuinely caring, and help food service individuals like Rebecca, only come around once in a while. She should be recognized for outstanding service. She is 1st in Class, in my book.“
