“Holly was such a pleasure to work with. I shared my ideas for a luau theme & she created the most gorgeous cake. Everyone was blown away by how beautiful it was! Not only that, but it tasted incredible!! The chocolate buttercream was delicious, the marble cake was so moist, the colorful vanilla buttercream outside with the flowers…everything was so, so yummy!! Holly even delivered to our vacation home, which was amazing & helped me out so much!”

“We decided to stop here over Starbucks while on vacation this past week. Best decision! The iced coffee was delicious. There are so many flavor options and non-dairy options to choose from. Friendly staff and great location. The prices are also unbeatable. I highly recommend stopping in!”

“We used BJ's for catering our rehearsal dinner last week. I cannot say enough about the service and the food! Every one was raving about it for the whole week we were there. The service was impeccable. The guys stayed and set everything up, topped us off when needed and cleaned up when we were finished with eating. It was amazing! All these years coming to the OBX and driving past Tullio's...oh what I have missed!! I highly recommend this bakery. Bring your patience because it is a small space and there are others there to also indulge, but I promise it's worth the time and effort to purchase these treats!”

“Found this little “ Pit Stop” after picking strawberries across the street & finding it after living on OBX, part time, for 7 years! It's worth stopping on the way to OBX & going back across the Wright Bridge to eat lunch there again! Best hotdog I had in a long time! The bun made the dog! Soft & perfect! Gluten-free options to fit our dietary needs! They also have wings, mozzarella sticks, subs, and much more! I have not tried the subs yet, but I'll definitely be back! They have awesome weekly specials, extraordinary management, wait staff, and a super clean establishment. If you are in town and love the menu options, check them out, you will not be disappointed! “I recently dined at NC Coast Grill & Bar in Duck, NC. The overall experience was pleasant, with attentive service and well-prepared dishes. However, I did notice that the ingredients didn’t feel particularly fresh, more like pre-prepped items that were reheated before serving. That said, the flavors were still enjoyable, and the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. A decent spot for a casual meal, though I’d love to see a stronger focus on freshness in the future. 3.5 stars.”

“This is a don’t judge a book by its cover kind of place. The service was amazing…very friendly and Welcoming atmosphere. The food was amazing, hot, and fresh. Now the wait for the food was a little long but when you taste the food you will know why. I did not get the cooks name, but he made this food with so much love and care. The customer service from the person who greeted us to our waitress that served us was great…..This is a place to stop if you ever traveling in the Carolina’s.
