“See STAR! She was so sweet and helpful. I wasn't sure what I wanted, because I don't come to Dunkin often, so she took the time to ask my preferences and said she would make me something great. She made me an amazing iced coffee! Thank you Star! ??“

“Great place to get your coffee fix. Mixing of the iced coffee has been great a majority of the time. Area can be hard to access sometimes due to the traffic in the area. Also…SOMEONE PLEASE FIX THAT LITTLE SIDE ENTRANCE ROAD. The big little pot hole brought the memories of living in a developing country.“

“What an amazing experience today at this Dunkin Donuts. The breakfast sandwiches were delicious and fresh but what stood out the most was the exceptional service given by Lawrence “Mickie” today! He was so helpful and had such good positive energy which you just don’t see in the restaurant industry anymore! What a delight!! Thank you!! We will be back again because of him!“

“I came to this Dunkin location on Sunday Feb 9 having just visited another location down the street where the workers were beyond rude and disrespectful, telling me verbatim “get out of my drive thru” and claiming they were unable to give me a refund. The gentleman with shorter braids working the window around 4 pm - forgot to ask his name - was so polite, respectful, and kind. Complete and total 180 from the other location! 10/10 customer service.“

“I did a Mobile order ahead with extra time allowed. I waited 10 minutes in the store before I asked about it. I was told it was in queue order. The problem with that answer was that the drive thru cleared out, and people walked in and left with their orders, and still mine wasn't made. After about 15 minutes, a young lady finally took pity on me and made it for me. She should be commended. It seemed to me that mobile orders were being pushed off for walk-in or drive-thru. I have always loved this location until today.
New day: today was much better easy in and out. Excellent drink. Vast improvement on the last time I was there.“

“I’ve been coming to this location for the last 17 years and, more often than not, in that time I have walked out without the donuts I came in for because they were never available in the case. I started noticing about two months ago that not only were there donuts in the case, but the donuts are beautiful and tend to be absolutely delicious. I mentioned it to the cashier today and she pointed over to the new manager named Tayler that took over a couple months ago and said you should let her know. Tayler is the new general manager, and was an absolute pleasure to meet. She is restoring my confidence in Dunkin’ Donuts after 17 years of disappointment.“

“I really can't rate the atmosphere because I go through the drive-thru. But just like everything else, the prices are going up and it's going to be too expensive for me to go everyday anymore. I don't have my own coffee pot now. I guess we're going to have to break bad and buy one“

“I was extremely happy to find the Apple spice filled donut here! Several years ago my local DD (Knoxville) stopped serving it, said it had been discontinued. Chatted with the mgr working the counter about my surprise, & learned this flavor never was discontinued.
The coffee here tastes better/proper compared to my local DD…..

“This is the second time I've been brave enough to go to brannon station in the middle of the day with crazy traffic because the two ladies I've met make a wonderful cup of coffee and egg sausage sandwich 💖. They made a long rough week a little better, thank you!“

“I love the coffee and there breakfast sandwiches/wraps. It is really cheap and they have good combos like breakfast sandwich hash brown and coffee for $6. There service though sometimes can take a while even if there is no one in line. It has been hit or miss for me sometimes quick sometimes slow.“
