Dunkin' Donuts in Raleigh

“The service was good, the last time I went here the coffee wasn't that great but I wanted to give dunkin a second chance, so I did and the coffee was better this time and my siblings liked there little hot chocolate as well, but they did take a little long to make the coffee, but it did look like they were busy so it's ok, good job on improving and have a great day!!!!!“

“It's Dunkin so if that's what you like then they do a great job at it. I go to get food for my other half occasionally. It's always a little wait. Seems like there are never enough employees there.
Otherwise, it's great.“

“Always sufficient with my order. The manger in the evening is very unprofessional. She is not presentable to be in management. Does not like to help with customer issues. I don’t know the black lady name. She needs a refresher course on customer service.“

“I placed an order through the app on 8/23/24 for a dozen donuts, and arrived at the drive thru about 20 minutes before closing. They were out of a couple of the donuts I ordered, but the guy who helped me was super sweet and apologetic about replacing them. The donuts were good, but the friendly/excellent customer service is what will definitely make me a return customer.“

“The Staff here was very polite. They were out of a few doughnuts we had ordered (apple cinnamon spice). We actually came there for those, but they had the munchkins in that flavor, and man did they compensate for not having the doughnut. Well done! I gave 4 stars only because they ran out of the doughnut I really wanted, but it was still early in the morning like 8:15am.“

“Typical dunkin, staff are friendly and helpful, drivethrough is a bit tight and oddly laid out. Food is always as fresh as it can get. They used to be not as busy, but with new trader joe's in the lot and new dunkin deals, they are busy now. Staff turnover rate is low, which is generally a good sign“

“After moving down from Massachusetts, birth place of Dunkin, where there's one on every street corner, it was great to find one close by.
A couple of medium coffees, and a sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant, and both my wife and I were in heaven.“

“I was extremely happy to find the Apple spice filled donut here! Several years ago my local DD (Knoxville) stopped serving it, said it had been discontinued. Chatted with the mgr working the counter about my surprise, & learned this flavor never was discontinued.
The coffee here tastes better/proper compared to my local DD…..

“This store represents the ideal dunkin location. The staff was smart and clever and quick workers. The wait felt like nothing and it just felt like being back in the 90s, when waiting for food didn't feel like a crunch vs quality. They nailed the sugar levels in our lattes too. Honestly one of the best Dunkin experiences I have had, including when Donuts was in the name. It is not a visual experience; it is a comfortable space. Just kudos.

Kid-friendliness: It is a comfortable, open space. Our hyper kids couldn't even do damage.“
