“This place is undeniably delicious! As a Latino, I am very specific about where I like to eat due to authenticity, but this place is not only authentic, but it is also fresh, fast and delicious. they have a lot of delicious options that are extremely affordable. I got the burrito platter which comes with a giant burrito. That’s over a pound chips and queso for only $10.99! You literally cannot beat that!! Also, it has a chipotle style counter, which gives you the options of adding whatever you want to your burrito with no up charge. I make sure I always get a tamale with my meal because they are the bomb!! If you never had a Salvadoran tamale, I 100% suggest you do!“

“Incredible Mexican food. This restaurant is the best in town for authentic homemade style authentic plates and tacos.I tried the chile relleno and it was delicious ?!! I want to try the beef and potatoes next time. Tortillas are fresh and delicious.The ladies here are courteous, clean, and kind. Opens early. Prices are good for the amount and quality of the dishes.I find the food here much better than the multiple chain Mexican restaurants in town which are not really authentic Mexican, but rather Tex-Mex American food with no seasoning or flavors.Thanks Taqueria Gonzalez!!!!“

“It was a perfect light dinner for us before going to the Flat Rock Playhouse. Their pork appetizer was excellent with a lot of pork and flavor. Their Fish Tacos were excellent. They have fancier names than this. A very tasty tapas items. Staff was welcoming and friendly.“

“The food was excellent, the atmosphere during the lunch was pretty decent. Food came out pretty fast. My only complaint would be that the prices on the meals are too expensive. I understand that everything has gone up in cost. But as much as they’re charging is a ridiculous.“

“Absolutely beautiful establishment. If you’re looking for quality ingredients, great service this is your place! The inside is unique design with a great mixture of alcoholic beverages to choose from. Tacos came out fairly quickly and was hot and just down right delicious. In fact I had to order another taco just to take with me for later ! I can’t give this small business enough compliments on my over all experience. Pro tip - meeting the owner who was side by side with the employees was an extra star in my book. I’ll be back but until then I wish this establishment the best and many years to come -⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sincerely, Gabby 06.24.23“
