The best cut of meat I have ever had. We splurged on the price for Valentines and will have to splurge again! Well worth it!I look forward to stopping in again and trying the sandwiches. The food was delicious and even though the place was crowded and people were waiting, my food was presented hot and they kept the coffee coming. I'm retired military and I know what a good team looks like and they have that here. Michelle Gardner and Lindsay Hamilton should be awarded and commended for great customer service.“
“We had a wonderful birthday celebration dinner at fizzy janes! The drinks were fantastic. Paper plane was delicious and the scallops were awesome. Our waitress Brigid was fantastic and she was great with our 1 year old baby and very tentative and kind. Thank you for the wonderful time.“
“Unfortunately today's experience wasn't last week. The owner was all over the wait staff. The wait staff don't goof off - they work hard. It was uncomfortable to watch. The diners at the bar mentioned it several tomes and were telling the ladies what a great job they were doing.This is a diner that's been serving food for over 25 years. The new owners have brightened up the place.The food is solid diner food. Not fancy but solid. I personally enjoy the country fried steak with gravy breakfast.“

The menus we saw online from other reviewers aren't accurate, check when they were posted because the actual menu is much smaller. Wish I had taken a pic to post for everyone with this review. Otherwise, a nice little spot for a quick lunch!Parking: Not quite a strip mall, but definitely a small parking lot.“
“Island Times cafe at Deep Point Marina is a great place to support coming to or from Bald Head Island. The food is delicious and tastes homemade, and definitely worth the stop. My favorite, favorite item on the menu is their breakfast casserole. It is sooo good! It’s a must to eat with hot sauce. Hubby and I also had the coconut cake during our last visit in Oct. It certainly won’t be the last!“
