“This was my first time at City Barbecue. Ordered the Motherload and it did not disappoint!!! It was more than enough foos to feed our party of 4. “If you’re looking for great BBQ catering in the Indian Land / Fort Mill / South Charlotte area, I cannot recommend 521 BBQ enough.

We recently hosted a housewarming party for about 80 people, and this location of 521 BBQ absolutely knocked it out of the park. The food was outstanding — authentic, flavorful barbecue that had people going back for seconds (and thirds). The pulled pork, brisket, and sides were a huge hit and multiple guests asked where the food came from because they loved it so much.

What really stood out though was the owners at this location. They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and clearly care about doing things the right way. Catering for a group this size isn’t easy, but they made the entire process smooth and stress-free and delivered an amazing experience for our guests.

I know there are a couple restaurants with the same name that sometimes get mixed together in reviews, so I want to be clear — this 521 BBQ location is fantastic. If you need BBQ catering, event catering, or just some of the best barbecue around Indian Land and Fort Mill, they are absolutely worth it.

I work from home so getting out of the house for fun and hanging out with the locals is what it’s all about.
