“Called Saturday morning requesting a catering platter, they didn't have enough notice for that, but hooked me up with 10 foot long subs cut into three pieces each. Order was ready on time and they threw in some extra oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, mayo just in case. Polite, accommodating, and made our Happy Gilmore party.“

The staff is friendly and quick at taking orders, along with, delivering the order straight to the table. Lits of times, the order is there before I I get my drink and sit down. I've enjoyed taking friends and family members to try it out! No one has left unhappy. I am diabetic. The Classic Salad with a scoop of Fancy Nancy does not raise my glucose level. That is a plus! The small cookie is delightful and not to much to up the glucose too many points. I like being able to complete a survey and get a code to receive a $1.00 off my next order. The reward points have given me opportunity to get several large Quik Chicks free. They now know me by name and greet me by name with a smile! Love this place!“

“I placed an online order for pick up. When I got home with my sandwich and opened it I found a bread clip in my wrapper connected to my sandwich. I was completely confused. I called the store and I spoke with Danielle (DeDe), I explained to her what I found and we both laughted about it and she told me to bring it back in and she would remake it for. When I got back to the restaurant we both couldn't stop laughing about it. She remade my sandwich for me. She was very respectful and kind about it and was very apologetic about the whole situation. I could of been mad about it and threw a fit but I'm not that kind of person mistakes happen and she was very apologetic about it and even when I got back to the store she kept apologizing for it. We did laugh about it because I was funny because we were both confused on how it ended up there. I'm not mad or upset about it accidents happen and the way she handled it couldn't of been better. I do truly appreciate how she handled it. I did call the store the next morning to speak with the manager and explain to her what happened and how respectful her employee was and how she handled the situation and wanted to thank her and let her manager know she did a wonderful job and I couldn't of been any more happier how it was handled. People make mistakes and it's how you handle the and own them that makes a world of difference and I can say she did a wonderful job.“

“I ordered lunch for my husband and myself from Subway on L-C Rd in Clemmons. A 6” tuna salad and 6” Honey-Mustard chicken (remove honey mustard, add BBQ). Went in and picked up my order from the rack- no issues. Got home and found a surprise free cookie in the bag.

All the food was fresh and delicious including the Raspberry Cheesecake cookie (which is now my favorite!)

Great place for a quick meal. Ordering on the app makes it super easy.“

Whoever trains their employees here knows what they're doing. A shorter, younger gentleman took the time to call about something from my order instead of waiting for me to get there. Publix can't even text their employees that!!

“Standard SUBWAY RESTAURANT… Cost is based on what you order for a sandwich or salad.. THIS LOCATION is very skimpy on their meats. The $3 chicken roll up is a WASTE OF MONEY 💵!!! I eat he’s the guy break up a single strip of chicken —- one 1️⃣- yes UNO - ONE… piece of chicken meat into tiny pieces and place them across the bottom of my wrap.. added a few pieces of shredded cheese, rolled it up about six flips - so the chicken roll up is ALL BREAD WRAP with possibly a taste of chicken to it… WHAT A WASTE!!!!!!“

The food is consistently fresh and delicious, perfectly prepared exactly as we request. What truly sets this location apart, however, is the exemplary service provided by the wonderful staff.

We went right at lunch time, so they were busy, with that being said excellent customer service was still given. We told them they did a great job, sometimes they need to hear it.“

“So I went to subway because I was craving a delicious Sub from that establishment, I was intrigued by the absolute sanitation and how clean the restaurant was, my customer service was more than awesome… at the front register there was a young lady who took my order, I asked her for her name and she said Jamiya, she was absolutely amazing and very polite I felt like I was back at my aunt Sally’s for Christmas… it smelled very appetizing in this establishment…. The cashier Jamiya’s perfume smelt very good like my aunt Sally’s bakery… anyways I thinks she deserve a raise very sweet!!“
