“I love eating at Viva Chicken but disappointed at the portions are small compared to Viva Chicken in Charlotte uptown near Novant. I got the Viva Chicken Salad so I had to pay $3.90 extra for the amount of chicken I got in the picture there in addition to the salad. I also got the Naked Peruvian wrap with added $3.90 chicken which was ok but better than the salad. I spent almost $30 for two items. I splurge at times for special occasions but for the amount of chicken I got, I could have gotten a whole rotisserie chicken at Sam's club for a lot more to share with my family of 5.“

Seating area is kind of utilitarian, but we don't go there to eat chairs. Their ice cream cannot be beat. They're right next to the open square facing Home Depot entrance in the Promenade. I have to get back there for more Coconut and Pina Colada.“

“If you asked me a few weeks ago if I would recommend this place, I probably would say yes. We usually never have any issues here but this past Saturday was terrible. There weren't many people inside which was nice but the hostess was so focused on her phone that she didn't see us come in. One of the waitress asked her if she helped us yet. I believe the owner took our order which she got wrong. I'm allergic to gluten and the Philly cheese was on a regular bun and not gluten free. She told me I spoke to quietly and didn't hear me. WTF? She heard me say my order ( Philly, meat and cheese, with fruit) but she didn't hear the gluten free part? I asked my daughter if I said it just to make sure and she said I did. Being a vegan is a choice, being allergic to gluten is not. I'm not sure if we will come back. She didn't even apologize. One of the other waitress was very nice about it and apologized.“

“Today we visited this restaurant and enjoyed nice food. Prices are reasonable too. People who insist only vegetarian food can enjoy here because it’s purely vegetarian. Their coconut chutney and sambhar are delicious. The lady Olga’s customer service is very nice. This was our third time visiting this restaurant and the food was as good as it was at the first time which means their quality is great!“

“Sharon and Susan were both incredibly welcoming and kind! For my meal, I opted for the chicken chorizo hash with eggs over easy, accompanied by potatoes, peppers, onions, and cheese. I thought the dish could have been enhanced with some queso since it felt a bit dry (might have been because I left the salsa off). Although they offer the hangover hash, it doesn't include a biscuit. The biscuit 👌🏼 and the jelly they serve is truly exceptional. I also had the grits, which were definitely creamy and pretty good—probably some of the best grits I've had at a restaurant for sure. I decided to try the grilled macaroni and cheese, which was a baked and grilled version. While it was tasty, I believe it could have been more flavorful, but it was still enjoyable. My main issue was that the food on my breakfast plate wasn't warm enough; I prefer to see steam rising from my food. Despite that, everyone was very pleasant, and the menu is quite impressive. My only suggestion would be to ensure that the food is served hot and to pay attention to any lint on the plates from the drying process. Overall, it's a nice, straightforward breakfast spot with a unique menu.

Everything was so fresh, the salad didn’t even make it home😂 the array of dressings was amazing and the one I chose complimented everything perfectly. You even get to sample them so you’re not stuck with one you didn’t like. I created my own but their menu is filled with great recommendations. And there are other things like wraps and even hot items so everyone can find something they like. 10/10 friendly staff especially Steph who was so patient with me I’m terrible at making choices and she worked with me and made magic! “My wife, two of our friends, and myself entered the store around 9pm ish. It’s the summer in the south and I imagine it had been even busier earlier. Owen provided exemplary customer service. The icecream was cold and delicious. We will be stopping by again soon with these 90+ temps and oppressive humidity! Great location as well.
