“This is my first Potbelly experience because I am traveling for work and we don't have these in my area. I ordered online and went to pick it up. I am a big fan of a good website that makes ordering easy and quick, so for me that's half the score right there. Then when I went in to pick up the food was ready and the staff showed me the shelf where I could just grab and go, so I'm already a huge fan because I travel so much for work that I love a place that let's me get in and out quick. So as far as I'm concerned that's already 5/5 before I even tried the food. I got the chili, broccoli soup, and a powerhouse salad. All three items were delicious! I was super happy that by the time I got to my hotel and went to eat the soup and chili were still very hot which I dont see very often with most takeout. Also the price was really decent for the quality of the food. I wish I could give this place 6 stars, or 60. Thanks!“

“I got the spicy chicken salad wrap. Trying to eat a little lighter these days. Most of the time a chicken wrap at a restaurant is a mediocre afterthought, but not here. It was delicious and actually decently spicy with Sriracha mayo and fresh jalapenos inside. The cheesesteak is great here but it's nice that the quality extends to the rest of the menu as well!“

“Love Jersey Mike's Subs. Chicken Philly add on Hot Honey and yes make it a giant.
That being said, what is a sandwich? Defined, it is something put in between two other similar or same something's that is different than the something in the middle. While that vague definition seems to leave a lot of options open, what you'll find when it comes to the sandwich world is there are staple offerings available at any respectable sandwich eatery. And then there is the way Jersey Mike's does it. While other places sandwiches are good, Jersey Mike's are great. Placing their take on the field in a world of its own. They are innovative enough to make your mouth water at the mention of their name, while true to the classics as to remain recognizable for what they are- a great place to get a delicious sandwich the way you like it. It just so happens more often than not Mike's way is the way you want it. The smell of oil and vinegar mixed with the fresh cut onions is divine in the strangest way possible. I have yet to be disappointed after receiving a sandwich from Jersey Mike's, but I am sure it is possible that they are not perfect all the time. Jersey Mike's just gets sandwiches right, and they keep it simple by focusing on getting simple really right. Side note, their cookies are better than bad, their good. Eat Jersey Mike's- I do.“

“Absolutely wonderful staff, Walker was a blast to talk to while he made my sub in a tub. Something I especially like is the manager isn’t afraid to step in and work the line slicing meat for orders. My only complaint is this isn’t the one near my house!“

“I personally love this store!! I go to work at 8am and be out for lunch at 2and drive all the way from Carolina beach just to taste their good fresh food! I also love how they are family oriented and greet as soon as I walk in!

“Jimmy John's house has hands down the best sandwiches around. The only clothes second is Jersey Mike's and they're just a different sandwich. I do not recommend the new avocado sandwiches.
I tend to do better when I just stick with the basics, a club or something.
But I find that that's true just about anywhere. The specialty sandwiches are a lot of hype and overpriced.
Just about anywhere you go. Service at Jimmy John's if always pretty good.
They are always friendly and greeted me upon entering the establishment which I like. The establishment was clean and I will definitely be returning“
