“Visited our local Jersey Mike’s at 10110 South 5th Street, Bellevue, NE, to pick up our complimentary sandwich, it was a replacement one from a prior visit. This sandwich was what we usually get from this location! Fresh bread and good meat portions! As usual the staff was friendly and professional! A big Thank You to the Store and District Manager for making it right!“

“The footlong cookie is AMAZING very moist chewy chocolatey as you can see from the one picture. The footlong pretzel was just a tad overdone but still very good.. would recommend trying them if you're a pretzel or cookie fan before they're gone.“

“Great Sandwich. Employees weren't the friendliest but they did their job well. Didn't have to wait, and the place was clean. Prices here went up some but that was to be expected with the rise in prices across the nation. I would definitely order from there again.“

“I had visited this subway a year ago, and it was about a 2.5 star. Visited it today, and wow, big change. 5 stars all around. The staff was very friendly, the sandwich is amazing and all around I'm super happy! So glad they changed for the good.“

“Dylan Dailey, I remember you. You were extremely rude. You wanted 95 of our dollars after buying a two dollar pretzel. And after *Theresa* explained why we couldn’t you continued to call her names and argue. My mother has been in the business a long time and knows how it works, and doesn’t discriminate. She just didn’t want to run out of money in the register so we couldn’t give other customers proper change. You and your female companion were rude to her even after she calmly explained it to you. And Carmen Lopez, If the customer is wrong they are wrong. If the customer says that they are supposed to get something for free they aren’t going to get it for free, because they are simply incorrect. Being rude does not further your chance of getting better service. *theresa* has excellent customer service skills, she just calls it how it is. She does not let people bully her into getting their way because she is a strong independant woman who knows better than to let an ignorant customer call her names and then get what they want. Maybe you guys should try being nicer and then maybe people will treat you better. Until then, you’re not going to be treated very good the way you both go around criticizing those doing their jobs.“

“Loved this place! If you're a foodie, you will too. Carefully curated menu with signature fares and seasonal offerings, alike. We had the poutine fries, a couple of burgers and a featured grilled cheese with huckleberry jam-delicious! Our friends had the poutine burrito and other burgers, along with the crab and green fries. We don't eat shellfish, but they say it was delicious. We would definitely come here again when in town.“

“Kelly works really hard and always puts her customers and employees first. Kaden also works really hard and understands customers wants and needs. Without these two, I feel that this place wouldn’t be as welcoming and I wouldn’t eat here. I would find somewhere else. I never have any issues with my order, it’s always good. They go above and beyond for Penn Station. If you’re hungry and in the neighborhood and wanting a sandwhich, stop in at Penn station!“
