“I visit this DQ 5 or 6 times a year and most visits I would give them 2 stars. However, I have been here twice in the last two weeks and things seem to be better. Service was great and the blizzards were spot on. The servers name was Taryn and she was great! Keep it up!“

“They were supposed to be open until midnight and when we pulled up at 10:45 there was one car in front of us. We waited about 15 minutes and thought we would just go up to the window. From there, we could see three people laughing and giggling and looking at us. We knocked at the window and they did not come open it and then I tried to go to the front door and someone had just locked it. We waited the longest but there were six cars that left before us because there was no service“

“Very busy store, 6 on a Saturday. One blonde gentleman was working on online orders, I’m assuming he was new and was asking questions to make sure he got everything correct. The gentleman with curly hair was very polite and apologized about stepping away from my order. I understand they were busy! Very good customer service! Glad to have it in Blair!“

“Good friendly employees I promise that. yeah sure sometime it takes time to get your order but that's because everything is getting made fresh for you. I mean who doesn't want fresh food that's the best honestly and they have good speed of service as well . They are very understanding with the mess ups that happens with your orders. And they will do anything they can do make it right. Please come eat at Burger King in Blair NE. !“

“I just purchased chili. It was the worst chili ever, bar none. It was like they scraped the bottom of the pot. So thick and too salty. I love Runza's chili so I'll try it one more time in Blair and if it's not good again I won't go back to Blair's Runza.“
