“We hadn’t been to Stauffer’s since before Covid. A friend told me the Honest Abe’s had boughten it so we decided to try it for lunch yesterday and everything was delicious! The rolls and biscuits were homemade. I had turkey dinner and it was real roast turkey, not deli meat. We had pie, too, and it was so good. The server was very friendly and attentive. We will definitely be eating there often!“

He and his staff were very friendly with us, the food was great, and I would recommend this place to anyone. It's great to have a place with Keno that is stylish, comfortable atmosphere (for all members of the family) with a very friendly staff to visit on a regular basis. We will be regulars here soon.“

The food, as always, was outstanding (they by far make the best cheeseburger in Lincoln...hand-formed beef patties with just the right amount of juiciness)....when we left, FOUR different employees acknowledged us. The worker sweeping the floor told us to have a great evening, and he thanked us for coming, the person working in the kitchen thanked us and told us to have a nice evening, the guy wiping tables thanked us and told us to come back, and the person at the order counter said goodbye and thanked us for coming. WOW! Good food and great service! You just don't find that kind of employee kindness and attention anymore, so Don and Millies now has a permanent customer with us!“

I also ordered their Chili and that was probably my favorite of everything I ordered. All their food was good! I also ordered their Culver Classic which was just a cheese burger with all the fixings, crinkle cut fries and their Oreo Concrete and that was delicious and had a ton of oreos in it!“

Gourmet shrimp, lamb and chicken dishes, and desserts which like the bread is all made in-house. This place is run by Chef Ron, who is from New Orleans, and his dishes are wonderful! Great staff, too! The cost was only $12 for a feast! Go for Mardi Gras in February, summer BBQ or Holiday festivities like tonite's dinner - Dec 6 which features shrimp, prime rib roast beef, chicken and superb vegetable dishes. Who knew that a brussel sprout could be so yummy! The dessert table was amazing to see and snarf!!! Enjoy this place all year long!“

I verified number of guests and called a couple days before arriving on the 24th to confirm the number attending. We were very impressed with Trevor and the quality of food was outstanding.. I had the beer macaroni and cheese and loved it. A couple people had Rueben's and were equally impressed. Burgers and chicken strips were large. I was impressed with nice side salad. The salmon was beautifully plated too. Highly recommend coming to the Mettle Grill. You will not be disappointed The only downside was the chairs were very heavy and if you put gliders on chair legs it would make it easier for an older group to move the chairs. Trevor was very pleasant and efficient. Will definitely return.“

I was parked on the side of the street and looked around to see where I could eat before a 3 hour drive to my next destination when I saw Honest Abe's burgers just across the street from where I was parked. Of COURSE I had to go try it and I was not disappointed. My burger and fries were fresh and delicious and the ladies working there were friendly. The signs, artwork, and general decor were fun - especially to me!“

“It was my first time and I enjoyed it. The salad was good, but the chicken was dry though. Unless you want to be choking on the chicken, I would order the salad without the chicken. The grilled shrimp Alfredo is wonderful. They were generous with the shrimp, which I appreciated. The cheese curd is also great choice of appetizer. The complimentary croissant is nice and fresh. I would recommend eating it before it gets cold. When it's warm, it's nice and soft, but when it gets cold, it's very flaky and crusty and it does not taste the same. The staffs are nice and very accommodating. Overall, the place is 4.5/5.“

“My husband and I have loved going to Lazlo’s patio for 7 years. The food is normally great, not always hot, but the patio has been wonderful. Too bad they have decided to leave the Bird Nests hanging from the top of the patio. Bird feathers landed in our food, so we paid and just left. I love birds too but netting can be put up to STOP the nest and feathers from falling in your food. Yech!!!!“
