“Great Food, Great Serving Size. There's a little bit of wait, but I still give 5 stars as the ladies are really nice and friendly. Maybe need a few more table, but I still give 5 stars on atmosphere since at least they did not cramp the place with so many tables, and the place is clean and bright.“

“Recently rebuilt with a very modern interior and windows on all sides so you can enjoy the small park out back. Runza and their Runza sandwich are local legends, if your a Lincoln visitor you really should try one. Its kind of seasonal but my favorite is the Philly Cheese steak Runza. The cinnamon rolls are a classic recipe from another Lincoln business, Miller and Paine, and are incredible.“

“I had the southwest chicken salad with extra dressing. It was good after I took all the bad lettuce out. Usually, they do a real good job. But this was the first time at this store. Need a little better quality control. Other than that, the salad was good. I found the bad lettuce on the bottom.“

“I had ordered a three scoop custard in a cup at the beginning and said I'd pick up before I leave. I went to get it after I had finished my food only to realize she never out on the ticket. Then I ordered and paid for one and waited over 10 minutes for it. She said they were backed up. She could have done it herself right aqay.“

“I have serious food allergies. I went to this location on 7/8/24. The staff member that helped me (unfortunately I did not get his name) went above and beyond. I watched him wipe down the machine and he took the ime to recognize my needs. A wonderful experience.“

“I ordered the Swiss Mushroom Burger and French Fries via the drive-thru. Runza has the best fries! You can tell they change the oil in the fryer on a regular basis. The burger never tastes like it's been frozen and looks and tastes like real beef should. The staff were friendly and efficient and easy to understand when going through the drive-thru.“

Our food was done in a reasonable time minus the 5 shakes we ordered, had to request them and waited extra long while they tried to figure out who was going to make them. Then when they started working on them they figured out they were out of mix. Our food was cold by the time we got the shakes. So disappointed in the service.“

When I called to order are was given to the details of my order and questions of mine were answered thoroughly.A few days before the cake was due the decorator called me to clarify how I wanted the wording on the cake. I was unclear and she made sure she understood how to word it. She did an amazing job decorating the cake and I was very pleased with the final product. Thank you dairy queen for contributing joy to our daughter's wedding shower!When I picked up the cake everyone was polite and quick to assist me!“

“We were there twice this week to use up bonus cards that were about to expire.
Went for Taco Tuesday. My kids and I love to sub beans for the meat on the tacos. Just wish they weren't always so skimpy with the cheese. We also shared a Super Potato minus the meat.
Second time was after I realized Fish Tacos were back. These are probably the best fast food version out there. Loved the sauce this year. Crispy and fresh. Worth the wait after being asked to pull forward and park from the drive thru.“

We had a lady come out and check on us when we were eating and she asked us if we wanted any crispitos and we said yes! She brought some fresh ones out to us! “I come here a lot. Probably too much. And I dine in. The employees are a nice, supportive, cohesive unit. It is obvious and it rubs off on the folks stopping in. I have an order which is highly customized and they always get it right. They roll the burritos perfectly. They are personable. The food is always exactly what I am looking for in terms of quality. I love this location and I appreciate what they do very much.

Vegetarian options: You have to get creative and customize, because Taco John's itself is not focused on this.... but the employees are very adaptable and are able and willing to accommodate. I get the "meat and potato burrito. Sub beef for beans. Add black beans and add quac" I also get a "bean burrito add quac, add potatoes". It's delicious and wonderful

Kid-friendliness: Lots of good options for kids and many times children are here. The employees are always patient and kind.“

I appreciated her patience, if anyone has ever been in the same situation, you know how it feels when you have money you just cannot access it.
