“We have wanted authentic local Hawaiian BBQ for YEARS and we are so excited to finally have a place that does it right. We got the porkchops, ribs, BBQ chicken and chicken katsu and all were delicious and authentic. The Mac salad is legit too. And our kid loved the calamari. It's an hour drive for us and absolutely worth it.“

“I have been to a few Runzas now and there are a few common take aways I have experienced.1. Runza restaurants are typically cleaner after a rush, then most fast food joints.2. The staff is clean and they present themselves well. They appear to enjoy working for Runza.3. Although I do not care for the Runza, the hamburgers are fantastic. The fries are also awesome.4. The shakes are ridiculous! Seriously, these are pure trouble. We tried the mint shake, and those should come with a warn...do not share or you will be back at the counter to buy another!5. If the trash can is full, they empty it. No really, how many times do you go into a fast food joint and the trash is overflowing....and people are trying to find one with a little room.So based on my few visits at multiple locations, they all appear to be similar.I have to present a detractor, as no business is perfect. Every location I have been to, the store entry is a mimic of frogger, 80s reference, as getting past the cars in the drive through can be a challenge. There has to be a better design? Maybe park the vehicles near the store and let the drive through go behind.... like most restaurants.Anyway, this is more sarcastic than an issue.Don't fall away from your high quality products, it might cost a little more... but so does everything.“

“This is a beautiful Runza, and the customer service is superb! Food was made just right. We purchased frozen Runzas to be picked up the next day on our way out of town. Manger was very helpful in helping us get those Runzas before they opened. Wonderful experience all around. I sat down for my food anticipating Mediocre fast food, but the young man who served me made the experience like the finest dining I’ve ever had. SUddenly my somber meal after a long day was a jubilee. I asked his Name and he said it was Benjamin. Ben made my whole year. This culvers should have a Michelin star based on Ben’s service alone, The burger was also splendid. I will most certainly coming back for more.“

The food is hot and better than any other "fast food".Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking is right in front and level. Easy to roll into the building, no ramps or such. “Went to Runza for the first time, it was heavenly. Swiss mushroom runza and the frinckles? I just loved the food so much. The guy working the drive thru, was super nice as well. “Yesterday I babysat some of my grandchildren and as lunchtime rolled around I asked how they might like pizza and a soda. Unanimously, they were all for it. I could not pick it up so requested delivery. The pizzas were amazing and in asking for plates and cups I forgot to say how many. However they got the amount perfectly and napkins too. The delivery man was a perfect example of great customer service. He was kind and smiling and made our experience perfect. Thank you Pizza Hut. These are the things that make for great memories.“

Turns out, they were made immediately, but no one communicated it. Our Sundays were melted to soup. The staff remade them, though, and apologized for it. That makes me go back there every time.“

“In a party of two, we stopped for lunch at noon on a Thursday. We were able to order immediately and received our food quickly. Everything was hot and fresh. As one should expect from LJS, the food was greasy, but so good, and I love the hushpuppies! The condiments were all well stocked and the area was clean. The restroom was clean, although the paper towel dispenser was empty and the slide bolt on the door was so loose you questioned if the door was actually locked. “My husband and I came down for some dinner we had a coupon to use and Kai was incredibly friendly, talkative, able to serve us in a timely manner. Very accommodating and we were blown away with how clean the place was. The fact she was there by herself really blew me away she's fantastic! Give her a damn raise. “The staff at this place are wonderful!! Not sure what the Pizza Hut chain has changed, but the pizza tastes different and not as good as it use to be. We have eaten at many different locations all over the US this year. The wings, breadsticks and pasta are still good!“

“I ordered the Swiss Mushroom Burger and French Fries via the drive-thru. Runza has the best fries! You can tell they change the oil in the fryer on a regular basis. The burger never tastes like it's been frozen and looks and tastes like real beef should. The staff were friendly and efficient and easy to understand when going through the drive-thru.“

“We got "take-out" yesterday evening but at a time when the staff were super busy w/ drive-thru & in-house customers. About 20 min. later we left for home. When we got there, our lg. Mexi-fries & 2 mini-cups of cheese sauce were missing. I returned about a half-hour later, staff were very apologetic & eager to make the omission right. The staff were young & working hard, made up the Mexi-fries & even included an Amigos gift card to compensate for the inconvenience. Very nice, we'll be going back again! “I go to this subway a lot because it’s close to where I work. Yesterday I stopped in for lunch and I was running short on time, and honestly just having a bad day. I got the best service from the girl working at the time! I believe her name is Faith (I’m so sorry if it’s not) but she was so kind and acknowledged that I was feeling stressed and just made the whole experience fast and stress free. It made my entire day better, so I hope you get to see this and thank you very much!“

The cheeseburger is a must, and if you’re feeling extra hungry add large fries. The self serve soda machine lets you choose what ever you like and it’s touch screen.
