“I’ve been frequenting Ziggi’s since they’ve opened here in Omaha. My husband and I prefer their coffees over Starbucks and Scooters, so we are happy to have a coffee drive thru that we actually enjoy the taste of so close to us. The espresso drinks are so good and have the perfect amount of sweetness. Sometimes before school my daughter gets the Banana Chocolate Chip bread and it’s always very good, we love the brand they carry. To top it all off, I really like all of the baristas there- all of them are wonderful people and make my favorite part of the day even better.“

“A very typical Starbucks coffee shop that you find everywhere around every street corner. Just a friendly, the line was short, and the coffee was correctly made. There was not a whole lot to be talked about for a typical Starbucks coffee as we all know the taste and quality of the Brew. So I suppose they only thing to say is about their staff.The experience was good at this location. The staff was friendly, and the service was great. Keep up the good work.“

“I have been to this Starbucks several times, and only had one bad experience with service. I was told I couldn't use my rewards points because she had already started the transaction (not sure why she couldn't restart it), and then she gave me a cake pop... Instead of an entire sandwich. If it was another entree I could have just eaten it for that day but it was a cake pop. I had to go back through the drive through. 4 stars though bc all of the other experiences have been good“

“Quick and friendly service! My Impossible Breakfast Sandwich and coffee were ready almost instantly, with no 10–12 minute wait. My past experiences at Starbucks locations in other states have been quite different—we often had to wait around 10 minutes, and sometimes were even asked to wait in the parking lot while the order was being prepared.

My experience at this location was completely different. The staff was friendly, efficient, and quick, making it a great spot for a coffee and breakfast on the go. Highly recommended!“

“I’ve been going to the Starbucks now for about a year. The manager Brenda has always been professional and kind along with the gals that work there. And she keeps it well staffed so that even on the busiest days you can get your drink and get out of there before too long. They are personal and friendly. I have sugar restrictions, and so they made some offers with different drinks on how they could reduce the amount of sugar. I’d say they’ve got a good thing going there.“

Each time I visit, She is genuinely welcoming, engaged, and treats customers like people rather than transactions. She takes the time to make eye contact, smile and create a positive experience. One thing I really appreciate is She does not immediately shove the credit card machine in front of me before we have interacted. That simple courtesy makes every visit personal and respectful.

Her professionalism and kindness are the reasons I drive by other Starbucks locations just to choose this one. Great customer service is becoming harder to find, and She sets the mark for where it should be.
