We were confused by the new floated dirty sodas. The app said it as a vanilla cream float and that sounded good!! I ordered on the app and when I picked it up, it looked creamy so I asked what the vanilla cream was and the woman told me it was just ice blended in. That confused me because it looked and tasted creamy!

The second time, when I picked one up, it didn’t look creamy at all. I asked the woman about it and she also said it doesn’t have anything creamy added in. Only blended ice. But it definitely looked different from the first! And this one didn’t have a creamy taste.

I’m pretty sure the floated dirty sodas should have a vanilla cream added in? But they told me no.“

“I have been coming to 7 brew pretty consistently since they opened in September 2025. The service can be very inconsistent however, I get very excited when I see Ellie is the barista taking orders because even though it’s early in the morning she still makes the visit fun and she’s very kind and doesn’t rush you or make you feel awkward. “I have been to this Starbucks several times, and only had one bad experience with service. I was told I couldn't use my rewards points because she had already started the transaction (not sure why she couldn't restart it), and then she gave me a cake pop... Instead of an entire sandwich. If it was another entree I could have just eaten it for that day but it was a cake pop. I had to go back through the drive through. 4 stars though bc all of the other experiences have been good“

“A very typical Starbucks coffee shop that you find everywhere around every street corner. Just a friendly, the line was short, and the coffee was correctly made. There was not a whole lot to be talked about for a typical Starbucks coffee as we all know the taste and quality of the Brew. So I suppose they only thing to say is about their staff.The experience was good at this location. The staff was friendly, and the service was great. Keep up the good work.“

“I’ve been going to the Starbucks now for about a year. The manager Brenda has always been professional and kind along with the gals that work there. And she keeps it well staffed so that even on the busiest days you can get your drink and get out of there before too long. They are personal and friendly. I have sugar restrictions, and so they made some offers with different drinks on how they could reduce the amount of sugar. I’d say they’ve got a good thing going there.“

I just wanted to say the service here is great and wanted to give a shoutout to the barista that often takes my orders and gets them made too. She’s so sweet and I’ve noticed she’s really good with everyone.“

“This is my favorite Starbucks location because this is the only one that delivers consistent coffee. Other locations are a hit and miss on how they craft your drink. That is why, I try to get my coffee here when I can. They even remember their regular customer's names so plus one for customer service.“
