“Man oh man... 75 years of runza, I have sure been missing out on these sandwiches.

Jasmine was very helpful while I was ordering. The Cheeseburger Runza was delicious, the pumpkin spice shake hot the spot.

“The staff and service at this location was great. They forgot to add my 8pc nuggets, so I called and got connected with Chick Fil A Cares. They do not care. The man on the phone was very rude and made the call much more difficult than it needed to be. I went back to the store and they quickly got me my nuggets and gave me a brownie for the inconvenience. So impressed with their swiftness in correcting the mistake.“

“I like eating food at Runza, but order accuracy needs some work. In the last 4 trips, the order was wrong. But I check now before leaving. The store decor is not very comfortable. The seating leaves a lot to be desired. But as I started with, I do love their food, and they do a really good job of making it with consistency.“

They have runzas which are these hot pocket sandwiches filled with meat and cabbage and cheese. They are just so tasty and delicious. The burgers were also decent. “This Runza is exceptionally clean all the time. Today I came in at 1030a, right at open, as I wanted to deliver some sandwiches to a field team who was having a rough start to their day. Of course the restaurant was super clean, the folks at the counter were friendly and fast, but here’s the thing - it’s this way during lunch rush. And at dinner. I said nothing about being pleased by the service and spotless dining area until I left. This location is just lovely.“

“Let me start off by saying this is the second time that I brought my fiance here and we brought her boys for their first time all the way from Texas. Now the boys weren't too keen on the sandwich but they do like the fries and the ice cream and let me say that the people working here were so nice and gave them such big ice cream cones. I have to say they were very polite and nice and I definitely like how cleanly and tidy the place was and how fast the service was and how they treat you is above any other. I definitely recommend coming here.

Kid-friendliness: They are very nice and polite and on the kids meals on their bag they give you a free coupon for a free ice cream and also a free coupon to use at the zoo for a free train ride so don't throw the kids meal bag away“

“Runza is a great restaurant. This little location is great for a take home meal. It service to the neighborhood is wonderful. They are trying to stay open with all the street work. Don't let the construction hold you back. Give them your business. During the warmer weather it is fun to enjoy the picnic tables.“

“I went into fazolis last night and this beautiful woman named Marie was the cashier that took my order she was sweet polite and was smiling the whole time even when giving me my food she made sure i didn’t run out of those delicious breadsticks and i think she dis a wonderful job by greeting me when walking in the door and when leaving i tell u fazolis has some of the best staff around other places are usually rude and trying to rush u through ur meal but not Marie she actually had conversations with me while cleaning tables So Great Job“

“Went through the drive through. The food was on point, but I was the only customer (either in-store or drive through) and my food took a minute. Whatever, worth it. Got a Smokehouse Brisket sandwich.. yup. Super satisfying. One of those types of things that hits the spot when you don't know what sounds good to eat so you just order the first thing that catches your eye at the first place you stop. Staff was very nice though.“

“Just pulled in at 10:53pm and received outstanding customer service from Jae. Even though I know they're open until 11:00 p.m. I know too that there's nothing worse than having a very last minute customer especially in the food industry. I pulled up to the drive-thru and sincerely apologize for being such a last-minute order and Jae was absolutely fantastic told me I didn't need to apologize they're open till 11:00 p.m. for a reason and they serve food until 11:00 p.m. so there was no issues. That is absolutely fantastic outstanding customer service. A lot of other people would have probably complained or had some sort of negative comment or been a very unpleasant person to deal with. “Haven't been to Arby's in years last time I had it i remember just how bad it was, BUT time can change a place and why not Arby's so like most people who choose fast food i took the drive thru and it was relatively quick. Homie even offered my dog a treat. Got the food home, and took everything of the bag (napkins were included). Since the sandwich was bad last time I was gonna save it for last. Considering everyone and thier mom know's Arby's fries are good i ordered the Jalapeño bits cause dont see those as often and was impressed. Either they were good or the sauce made them excellent. Next was the sandwich some brisket sandwich that looked good on the menu picture. When I opened the box it came in it was greasy, but not too greasy which too me is expected like it's fast food. From there I'd let my taste buds decide. Took a bite and bam!!! not only did it impress but I will be getting Arby's again!“

Called store and thought they would just refund(usual response). They sent an employee to me with large order and keep small. That was awesome. Great attitude from whom ever took the call.
