“This was one of the best meals I've had in a long time. Oysters with a variety of dipping sauces was unbelievable. Then also had a fantastic Seared Tuna app. The special for the night was a Filet wrapped in bacon with crab on top... delicious. The service was wonderful and the cocktails were great and different.“

“A very cool casual atmosphere as most have. This one is a bit more rustic. It was not very busy when we went but it was snowing. The food was good. I enjoyed it. Some of my party thought it was just okay. The only problem I had is we had to wait a long time for everything even though the place was not busy. Otherwise, it's always a good experience at the common man. At this particular place I found a lot of interesting sounding dishes on the menu. “This place is great for lunch or dinner! Awesome view of the lake. The food is always good, and it's really cute inside, like a cabin. We had Jake as our server recently, he was great! “While vacationing in New Hampshire, we went to dinner at the Lakeview Tavern. We were seated and served promptly. The food was good, and our server was pleasant. In the end, we were happy we chose to go to dinner here. The place was busy and it seemed like most, if not all the other customers here were from the area.“

Our food was out without 15 minutes of ordering Menu: We ordered the lobster mushroom bisque and French onion soup, burger with onion rings, fish and chips, zucchini bread, and garden salad to share. The bisque was thick and generous with chunks of lobster in the middle in some sort of sherry sauce- my favorite. The burger was juicy but not particularly tender, and the haddock was flaky and crisp. A bit disappointed there was only a thin breading on the fish but the fries were great. The zucchini bread was great as a app and as a small dessert!“
