“The early morning weekday duo of Karen and Bev is nothing short of a very well-ouled (and plesant!) machine! They work steadily and quietly until a customer arrives and on a or both of them greets them often by name (and knowing their order!) Simultaneously, on line orders are being sent non-stop and they're filling those too! Steadily, orderly calmly. At about 7:00, Taylor and Justin arrive, take their places in the "dance" and things continue in the same steady, orderly and very pleasant manner. They make their Dunkins a very nice place to start my morning and I'm most grateful, for their early morning hours, their hard work and for simply being pleasant and kind. There's nothing more important than that! Thank you!“

“I met with a customer here today, having never been there before. The downstairs was what you'd expect from a busy coffee shop. The upstairs was a great place to sit and go over paperwork, but they also have couches and almost living room set ups. It's a pretty cool space.“

“Whenever I pick up an order, the people who work here make my day. I tell my friends and family stories about how kind and courteous the staff are. I leave wanting to be a nicer person after like, a four-second interaction. 🥹🤣 The bowls and smoothies are superb too, don't get me wrong! Nothing beats the freshness and variety here. But if I'm honest, it's the precious doses of pleasant human contact that keep me coming back as often as I do. Workers of their caliber are truly priceless. Kudos and thanks to the team!

“Stopped in on a whim after driving by. Small but cute inside with the nicest staff! There were tables to sit at if you wanted to it in. They have many bagel choices and cream cheese flavors. I went with a jalapeño cheddar bagel with jalapeño cream cheese. The bagel was fluffy and soft, easy to bite into or tear apart. The flavor was perfect - the cheddar wasn’t overpowering and the jalapeño was just the right amount. The cream cheese packed a punch, but that was exactly what I was looking for! Every bite was delicious! This place is the real deal. Stop getting your bagels from the big name places and visit this cute local bagel shop. I’ll be sure to stop in again!“

“I can not say enough good things about this place. There have been days where I treat myself when I'm having a particularly bad day. “I'm in town visiting from Philadelphia. In Philly all we have is cheesesteaks and the occasional riot after winning a sports championship. So I wanted to try something different and a little less felonious and while my host was out at work, I walked over to Kinsley House of Pizza. I went to order a tuna sub but they were out of tuna. No big deal, that's not unheard of in the restaurant industry, and I get it. But I also don't eat meat or poultry, and I didn't want to order an entire pizza to myself, so what to do? This is where the gentleman waiting on me went into what I like to call "helpful salesperson mode". And I know what you're thinking--am I buying a car or just trying to order food? No, I'm definitely not buying a car. I want to be clear on that. No cars were harmed during the writing of this post. Not even if it was a car made out of pizza and breadsticks, though that is a pretty cool idea and I think it needs to happen. So anyway, wasn't purchasing a car, and back to the "helpful salesperson" comment--the gentleman behind the counter mentioned that they had "fake chicken" and I could get a fake chicken sub if I wanted. Well I never had a chicken sub let alone one made from fake chicken, so I decided to try that. That was not a good idea, that was a GREAT idea! Absolute banger of a sub, and I can't wait until I'm back in town so I can try the pizza next. ...but a car made out of pizza is also not off the table. Because life is short, and it's important to have goals, especially if they involve pizza.“

“The Pine Street Eatery is an excellent choice for breakfast and lunch. I have never had dinner there nor have I been to the lounge. I am referring to the restaurant. The people are wonderful, the food is great and the prices are more than fair. Overall, a wonderful place for a meal.“

“I've been to almost all of the DD's locations in the Merrimack/Nashua area. This location is by far the best managed and the most cleanest location around. The employees there know how to do their job. They talk less and work more which means everyone gets their order quickly and correct. Literally act like they are on a mission to serve your order. I didn't realize how good this location is till i visited other locations. Far more enjoyable experience!“

So my card didn't have enough to cover my order, and my car was having mechanical problems in the parking lot.. rough day to say the least..? and the staff brought my order out to me in the parking lot anyways. “We discovered this amazing coffee on a trip to New England earlier this year and it’s become our absolute favorite. We have tried dozens of flavors now and each one is smooth and uniquely flavorful. Our favorites so far are maple bacon, Jamaican me crazy, egg nog, hot toddy, silver & gold, and peppermint stick, although I’m sure we’ll find many more favorites the more we try! We’d love additional recommendations cause there’s just so many to choose from we don’t want to miss the best ones!!! Thank you for the care and attention to detail you put into every bag of coffee and K-cup (your variety packs make for excellent Christmas gifts!).“

“Inside Market Basket grocery store is a nice cafe with an open 50 chair seating area (high & low chairs) with 2 TVs and restrooms. You can hear the registers and customers chatting. Not a typical cafe atmosphere.the selection of tea and specialty coffee drinks is nice. They also have Market Basket bakery and fresh popcorn.The staff are very friendly and helpful.The prices are low and the WIFI is very good.overall a great place to stop off while shopping.“

“Better tasting coffee than D&D. I also like the fact that they stir your beverage if you get anything other than black. It makes a difference, and I don't know why it's not common practice àt all coffee shops. Great customer service, you can tell by their attitude that they appreciate you as a customer and your patronage. They also do a lot with a little. For such a small shop, they offer many choices and are very efficient at keeping the wait time minimal.

Parking: Locations are drive-thru only, some locations have areas that you can pull over to get things in order before you set off driving.

“this is one of the Dunkin’ locations that I highly recommend to visit some customers may not have the same mutual respect I receive when I associate with Dunkin’ management or the employees I have the highest respect and I am greeted welcome Lee when I walk into the store mainly because they know I do reviews but they also get customer respect from me when I walk it my reason of my review today is a little late I was going to do this review sooner but I have been very busy helping others and doing reviews at a different location this review is to give a shout out to two hard individual employees at work here at Dunkins and they always show me the highest respect they ever receive from this location. I am greeted when I walk in. I also make sure that my server has my respect as well. this a shout out goes to charlotte very polite greets me every time I come into the store when I ask her for my order it’s made perfect and when she makes my sandwich it’s like steaming hot when it comes out which is awesome the best way to put it that way to see her smile early in the morning or on the time I come in it’s good to see employees at a location being happy to be at work it brings good vibes to the location overall a hard worker and very dedicated to where she is working at the time. Hope to see her for a long term I hope. Dunkin’ District Manager sees this review also want to give out a shout out to Owen eight another hard dedicated worker very polite, and has never messed up with any of my orders. Don’t see him as much because of the time that I enter in the time he goes home. Occasionally I do see him every single time I do see him greets me. He’s a good morning, and looks very happy to be there which gives good vibes and good energy to others as well as when I go and get my order I feel comfortable going in and feel comfortable leaving and glad to see two workers that I recommend to stay the other employees. I’m starting to get a vibe about them trying to feel them out review will be still ongoing as a start to understand the energy and work effort given by the other employees at this location till then review will be continued..

Parking: you can park up by the gas station and directly by the store. There is an additional parking lot down the stairs by the air pump, machine and closest to the store. There’s a stairwell that goes down to another parking lot further down if you do not find a parking lot space by the gas pumps or the Dunkin’ location on the right side of the gas station, but there are plenty of parking down below

Kid-friendliness: any kid are all welcome great location to visit very polite employees at both locations the gas station and Dunkins

Wheelchair accessibility: wheelchair accessible. There’s two ways for customers in wheelchairs to enter the store. wi-Fi booster should be stretched out a little further from the store.“

“One of the best I've been to. Everyone was polite and courteous. Service was fast. Everything made right. People behind the counter actually seemed like they wanted to be there... unlike some DD I've been to...“

“Service is good. Never had an issue with most of the staff. I order in the afternoon normally, so they are quick but occasionally mess up an order. We are all human though I guess. Inside is nice, they keep it clean.
Any issues that arise are typically from the middle schoolers or kids from Lawrence Academy being loud or harassing stuff.“

“I went to another dunkins and was charged 10 dollars for 2 bagels and cream cheese: they were given to us un toasted and un cut. I came to this dunks and asked if there was any way to rectify this. “Typically friendly service but there’s a decent amount of turnover in a short amount of time. My orders are always accurate at this location so I appreciate that.
Sadly, this location needs a good cleaning. The windows look like milk has been spilled on them. It’s been that way for a long time. There is a huge difference between the this locations cleanliness and the 3 other locations in Merrimack. As it’s a food establishment, it’s a turnoff as you are entering.“
