“this AYCE KBBQ spot is now part of my family’s rotation. the meat is always good and we love that they’re adding new items to the menu. we always get the cube steak, cast iron steak, pork belly and pork jowl. the staff cooks and cuts the meat for you and are attentive so that nothing burns. they also have some great sides like the beef soup, crab soup (must try if you like crab) and popcorn chicken. great spot to up your protein intake.“

I live in the area, and they have always delivered on time, friendly, with great portions, and delicious. as an example, the cheese steak(with everything) is not like a philly cheese, but it is so damn good. “If I could give Jersey Joe's 10 Stars out of 10 I would! They were so incredibly easy to work with, and the food was delish! I had some scheduling issues with my party, and had to move the start time a couple of times. They were so accommodating with the changes and very communicative. Then, on the day of the party, the staff was so courteous and detail oriented. Lastly, ever single person asked me who the caterers were because the food was so good. We did the luau buffet and everyone went for 2nds. I will definitely be calling them again for future catering needs!“

“We saw them pop up on uber I was excited I can't do much or get out there was t-bine special, rice and fries buy one get one. They called because part of our order they ran out of they were happy to accommodate even with the language barrier I don't speak Spanish. Cooked perfectly!!!! We like ours still mooing! But you can taste the wood coal not the processed charcoal and the portions are huge. And I completely forgot it was smack in the middle of the feast! I missed you guys alot!!!! “My wife and I have been coming here for years and never had a bad experience until recently. The last two times we visited, the service and food quality were not the same. When I walked in and greeted the young gentleman at the counter, he didn’t respond — just gave me a sour look without saying a word. It left a bad impression.

Also, even though we picked up the food within 20 minutes like they said, it was cold and the fries were stale.

We’ve always enjoyed Estrela da Serra BBQ and hope this was just a rough patch. Hoping for a better experience next time.“
