“I ordered delivery from their website. No third party delivery service and it felt GREAT! I just paid for my food and gave a tip to the delivery person. I am so grateful that El Tina’s still does this.

We ordered the oxtail. It was delicious! So meaty and full of flavor. We also ordered the pernil which was very tasty and tostones with garlic sauce.

The food came piping hot and quickly. I cannot wait to order from Tina’s again.

“I ordered from two good to go, which is an app that gives you discounted meals for less at the end of the night. They gave me liver which I’m not a fan of liver, but I gave it to a friend. I got potato salad. That was delicious a soup with pork in it and vegetables, rice and beans and a vegetable dish with okra and plantains. I will try out their fried chicken soon everything was packaged very good and the place looks very clean. A+

“Sabor Latino has amazing typical Dominican dishes. The flavors remind me of a home cooked meal. The portions are very generous and the prices are affordable. I have tried several dishes and have not been disappointed. I recommend Sabor Latino if you are in Passaic and the surrounding towns.“

I paid much more than what I should’ve when I went by myself but when I went with my friend who spoke spanish to them we paid the same amount for more food. But still recommend!“

You're in and out within 10 minutes tops. You tried the rest now try the best. Always love to support small businesses especially that put time and energy into their meals and don't do small portions like most places you will get a lot of meat for your buck. “This is a no frills, no smiles, no music situation but the food is amazing. The lady at the counter could look a little less upset, maybe they should play some music for atmosphere, because it’s like eating in a closet with windows. That said, the food is all that really matters. The rice is fluffy, the beans are perfect, and the stewed beef was the perfect addition. The lemonade is delicious and I’m pretty sure they make their own tres leches cake, it’s good but a tad on the sweet side. All in all, definitely worth a 2nd trip.“

“Ordered the family meal with bistec encebollado which my family loved, the white rice could have been better, there was a staple on the bottom of the rice, I am to assume they were grappling and one flew to the tin, not a big deal the family loved the food.

I ordered a mofongo de cerdo, it was not the best; the pork had rib pieces (which I have never had pork like this with mofongo) and the meat was
burnt beyond being edible, I wish the mofongo was more garlicky, the sauce was yummy but again the burnt pieces of pork was somewhat disappointing. If you are a monfingo enthusiast, please do not get your hopes up.
