“We got married here on 11/07/2025 and it was truly the best day. Sam, Marie and the whole team were spectacular. They made the planning process so easy. They were all very responsive, helpful and accommodating! The day of staff was simply amazing. I did not worry about a thing! The cocktail hour was the best!! My guests are still talking about it! The night was absolutely perfect. The grounds are beautiful and maintained perfectly. There are SOO many great spots for pictures. The Mansion was a fantastic place to get married!“

“10/10 recommend! We used Summit Catering for our 9/6/2025 wedding at the Collingswood Ballroom and the food was absolutely unbelievable. Compared to many other caterers, Summit provides quite the bang for your buck...two opportunities to taste the food and finalize your meal choices, absolutely incredible customer service (we worked with Tori and her professionalism and unbound positive energy made the experience SO amazing), partnership with local bakeries for the wedding cake, a partnership with Time Productions DJ, several meal choices and options to customize sides, and a great working relationship with the staff at the ballroom that allowed us full confidence in their abilities to execute a perfect day for us.
The delicious food is plenty enough reason to recommend Summit Catering, but I can't recommend them enough after how they treated us through this entire planning process and on our big day. THIS CATERER IS THE RIGHT CHOICE!

Not only was the staff so kind, fun, and positive, but their efficiency on serving the couple immediately and sticking to our timeline deserves praise. The outside is not only gorgeous for photos but offers shade all day long for the perfect photo lighting . Very well done“

“My experience with the Waterfall Room was outstanding! It was a pleasure working with Crystal. She answered all of my emails quickly, calmed all of my anxiety, and came through with a party that people will be talking about for a long time. The room was set up beautifully; the food was delicious; and the staff was very attentive during the entire evening. Sal, the m'aitre d' was fantastic! He stayed the entire evening making sure that everything ran smoothly and all of our needs were met. “I attended a breakfast with Santa. It was such a wonderful time. This was my first time attending and was very happy to see how beautiful everything was set up. Games, several different photo backdrops. And Santa was also there with Mrs. Claus. Food was very good. And servers were extremely kind.“
“The food was good, the salmon tasted great, however the chicken was not very good. The cheesecake was smooth and not strongly flavored which after being served two mains was a nice balance. The vegetables with the main could've used some more seasoning but overall a nice meal“

“I tried the Farm Chicken Chop Salad with honey mustard dressing and found it to be surprisingly good. Get the dressing on the side and apply it as you want it. About half way through I switched to the house dressing as the honey mustard was sweeter than I could handle. As it was Super Bowl Sunday, they were out of all soups except chicken veg, which was good also.“
“we have ordered our Thanksgiving meals from them the past few years and they are great! their food is amazing and we love not having to deal with a giant turkey in our tiny kitchen. we've also ordered a couple Christmas dinners from them and have not been disappointed yet. our families are always happy with the meals too“
“We hired Avasar Caterers for a graduation party. Gaurav and his team did an amazing job planning the event. Coordination was smooth from start to finish. Food was fresh and presented well. All our guests loved the food and appreciated the service. Live counters were a bit hit. We definitely recommend Avasar for any size event and will use their services in future.“

“My husband and I visited this establishment and were in awe. From the quality and taste of the food to the pleasant and helpful customer service and the impeccable time management. I must say everything was pleasantly satisfying. We order lamb chops that were savory and full of flavor, fried chicken wings that were seasoned to perfection with the prefect crunch to them. As well as Mac n cheese, yams, and veggies cooked just like my grandmother. All tasting like it was made with love.“
“My daughter hosted her wedding reception there on July 26th 2025. It is a spacious venue, well-lit with more than the basic accoutrements. Ample parking which is a huge plus! Facilities , mirrors, etc spotless. There was no shortage of staff who were: courteous, responsive, and professional. The starmaid, Dominique handled all guests with ease. I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty the food was and the choice of food options. I asked a staffer if the food was prepared with Love and she said always 😂. She later came back to ask if she was right and I told her ‘it was delicious, you were telling the truth’. An all-around great experience. It’s a beautiful space especially when a decorator takes it to the next level. Super elegant and glorious affair at a great venue.“

Corsons Steaks have brought authentic Philly cheese steaks, chicken cheese steaks, and melt in your mouth pork sandwiches to town.You may need a doggie bag as the portions are full. Fries are thick cut potatoes with skin. Mushrooms are chopped thick.American cheese standard. My advice, ask for provolone. Put broccoli on top for zing.Way to go Mark“

Before I even had time to regroup my thoughts, BethAnn asked what time I needed it and they would deliver. She gave me the time frame of 11-11:45. At 11:05, my fresh-out-of-the-oven quiche was delivered by a very pleasant driver, and lunch went on as planned! Thank you for keeping this customer satisfied.“

“Had a wedding last weekend using Brulee Catering. We had a sit down dinner for 194 guests, I didn't have high expectations for the food, but I was very wrong. Filet and salmon were selected as entrees and they were delicious. The filet and salmon entrees weren't overdone and they weren't cold. Great job done by Brulee. The appetizers were outstanding also. The guests were very happy eating sliders and then they also got a great meal. I received many compliments on the food that night. Well Done!!!“

“My son and daughter-in-law got married at The Forum on October 11, 2025. Everything from the very first meeting with Anthony Stagliano was smooth and perfect. He understood the assignment and fulfilled it and then some. He went over and above what we expected. The entire staff at The Forum went above and beyond to make the day so special. Chef made the most incredible crudite table and cocktail hour spread you can ever imagine. The dinner was amazing, especially the flounder stuffed with crab cake. All of the food was freshly prepared and served. We received so many compliments from our guests about the food and venue in general. We are immensely thankful to the entire staff for making our day less stressful, while making sure every detail was perfect. Would highly recommend having a wedding here. You will not be disappointed.“
