“Very good plain cheese pizza. Exactly what im looking for. Not super sweet marinara, not marinara overly seasoned w oregano(🤮), just a perfect “orange” pizza. I even Love it cold the next day. Super tasty, love their crust. Not too crunchy or soft. Great service whenever i request something specific while ordering online for pickup. Nice, local spot. Panzarottis are good too, but pricey.
Weekly order for us now. Love it!“

“Spectacular food and ambiance! First time here last night - was for my dad’s 70th. The food was unbelievably fantastic! Erid (our server) was excellent and very attentive. The bartender Patrick made the most delicious espresso martinis I’ve had to so far anywhere. The chicken parm took up the entire plate and the chicken carbonara tasted other-worldly! The wine selection is excellent and it was just an overall excellent experience. I’m already jonesing to go back!!!“

“This is our first time to Philadelphia and we are big Stallone/Rocky fans so we were excited to try this restaurant where some of Rocky Balboa and Creed was filmed. This was one of the best dining experiences with phenomenal entrees, excellent staff, beautiful atmosphere and amazing entertainment with the wait staff breaking into operatic song!! 10/10 recommend!!“

“My family had dinner at Albertinos today for my mom and husbands birthday. Because there was 9 of us they require a fix price meal for each person. This price includes an app, main, and dessert - anything on the menu. The service here is outstanding. The food is better than anywhere else in town, and for me- the best Italian I have ever had. Dinner for 9 of us took about three hours. To me, this is amazing. There was no rush. They made sure everything was perfect. We were able to relax and enjoy our time. We have been there two other times and have had the same waitress. The daughter of the owner (Jsut another plus). She is bubbly and kind and makes sure everyone has a great time. Thank you for a great evening.“

We preceded to reminisce about family in Upstate NY,, of course food rolled into the conversation,. That’s how I came across Nonna Lena’s Italian Cuisine. I stopped by the restaurant by myself a couple of later.. Thought I’d get a quick lunch fix. Wrong! My eyes nearly popped out of my head when I the chief my plate of Eggplant Parmesan. What a wonderful freshly made dinner (plus leftovers for 2 extra meals). The staff all were very friendly. Chiefly came out to see how I liked my meal. He shared some details about the newly open restaurant & homemade recipes, etc. He mentioned breakfast was also served and somehow in the conversation he decided to send me home with a sample of sausages & gravy along with my husbands meal. OMGoodness, the next day my breakfast was fantastic. Foodie’s note. Their food is prepared fresh from scratch daily😊. i’ve been here numerous times with different parties and i’ve always had a great experience. it’s also one of the few restaurants I can consistently get in with a last-minute reservation or walk-in while still feeling the place is lively and bumping every time I’m there. it’s a delicate balance and they nail it consistently. chef Michael’s food is excellent, bev director Michael has put together an awesome program and chef Ervis is such a handsome and gentle man who also happens to make great pastas. what a combo.

“Giumarello’s Restaurant was delicious! The martinis were great. Appetizers: crab stack with mango salsa and avocado or saffron mussels with shrimp, Yumo! Entrees: Miso glazed sea bass or filet with stuffed lobster tail both Devine! Dessert: Chocolate heaven flourless cake and salted carmel creme brulee were heavenly 😋 Our waiter Griffin was wonderful and very knowledgeable, especially since we needed gluten free options. It was a Sunday evening and not many establishments were open however we were fortunate Vitale's Italian Bistro was the exception. But still excellent very tasty hats off to the Chef who has been there since I was a child in the late 70s early 80s. Back when they wr near the location of the current bank in the shopping center see picture below johns bought it from a family who used to sell burgers. Every time I have a Johnzarotti it brings me back to simpler times what a great comfort food ty for continuing to serve our community.“
