“I was excited to get warm with soup after Pompton Lakes’ Holiday Stroll. I got the Hot Lemongrass Beef Pho. This is hands down the best pho I’ve had since leaving California. Boiling Pho is legit!! The noodles were chewy and not soggy. The beef brisket was so tender. The sliced beef was fresh. The broth was immaculate on a cold night and super flavorful. Nothing beats a good bowl of pho. “Lastnight was our my first time at the capital grill in Parsippany New Jersey and let me tell you we had a phenomenal time. I made a reservation to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday and everything was great. What stood out the most was our amazing server Emily! “Don Pepe never disappoints! Their food is absolutely amazing, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality and service you receive. I ordered a calamari to go, and the bartender (a super friendly guy) was fantastic. He was incredibly nice and even threw in a huge piece of bread—easily 10 inches long! Definitely enough for leftovers, which was a nice surprise. The little details like this make the experience even better. I’ll definitely be back!“

“I have had two bridal showers at Portofino in Oak Ridge, and not only did everyone love the food, but Nancy and the entire staff is outstanding. They go above and beyond to help you in any capacity that they can. I highly recommend Portofino either for lunch, dinner or any kind of event you have whether it is big or small. I called Miller's Ale House and was able to speak with a manager who made the reservation for our group. 2 months later, we arrive, the manager was phenomenal! The service amazing. The waitress, the best! The food- zero complaints! I highly recommend this restaurant. They absolutely nailed it and it made a huge difference in our evening! Thank you!!“

No shortcuts on ingredients and preparation. I've eaten there about half a dozen times and have never been disappointed. Broccoli Rabe, eggplant, meatballs, sausage, various pastas, to name just a few, all take me back to my Italian mother's cooking. Love it.!“

I had a lunch special for $13.50. Shredded Schewan Beef, with fried rice and wonton soup and I ordered schwan Dumpling as an appetizer. All the food was very fresh. Especially dumplings, out of this world. The waitress was a young girl , you can tell did not want to be there. She gave me an attitude when I asked for more napkins lol! Oh youth, the don't want to work. Food was very good. Ill be back.“

Lots of courses, delicious dimsum with coconut shrimp, the beef & broccoli was authentic, and the crispy chicken was excellent. Other dishes like the noodle and vegetarian dishes were ok (although a little bland compared to some of the other dishes). A good mix of authentic and Americanized Chinese dishes available.“

So there is no issue there ! The food was also decent , very tasty and everything was fresh. Some things that they can improve on is a little less salt ( msg) and they also had cinnamon in the egg roll which was sort of odd. But overall it was a good place to eat.“
