“Who ever owns this place or really Rumba Cubana in general as a whole is a genius. How do they make such great food at such low prices but still makes the restaurants upscale in feel while still delivering great service is the holy Trinity of restaurants. Go to any of them.“

“Our server Lilianys was spectacular. She had our water glasses full all the time.
The food was spot on. Best I ever had, equal to the home cooked version I had with friends in Little Havana, Miami. Even the touristy places on 8th street.
Very inexpensive. Enough for left overs the next day.“

The communication was great, the setup was spectacular, the staff was amazing and the food was exceptional. We had a very diverse audience including vegans, everyone left very happy with so many compliments on how great the food was. Casa Cubana is now without question my #1 option for any of my catering needs in the area.“

“I've been craving a good Cuban sandwich and finally stopped at Montunos. The Cuban sandwich was fresh and delicious! They add garlic butter to the sandwich, which enhanced the flavor. The pernil is well-seasoned, moist, and tender. I would definitely go back just for this sandwich. My husband had fried chicken from the buffet with yuca con mojo and tostones. My only minor suggestion would be to offer a mojo with the tostones, but aside from that, the food and service were excellent.“

“A big shout out to my best latin place in Hoboken: Chango Kitchen. Traditional yummy latin dishes. Our faves are churrasco con chimichurri (skirt steakgrilled) and ropa vieja (shredded beef). My kids loved "alfajores with dulce de leche", "tres leches" and hot chocolate with when it's cold outside. Service is warm and friendly. The person who served me was kind & friendly. I had the picadillo with white rice, sweet plantains, a fried yuca fritter, & a side of beans. It all was very tasty, with the exception of the fritter. My only qualm was the pricing for what I ordered. It came to $29, including 2 bags of cheese doodles.Would I go back... Yes. Everything looked vibrant & fresh... I wanted to try EVERYTHING.“

As a vegetarian I got served a meal that had meat in it. It was a large order so I don't fully fault them. I'm sure if I had ordered on my own they would have said something.

“We went to Omar’s this morning for a bite, upon entry we were warmly greeted and customers looked to be regulars. All of this was a good sign. We ordered two Taylor ham, egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches and coffee. This sandwich was no joke it was much larger than expected, the bread was fantastic, eggs cooked just right and the Taylor Ham, well it’s Taylor Ham it’s always perfect. The Cuban coffee was amazing. Highly recommend.“

Parking: Street is very centric for business and residential. Main Street which is Bergenline has parking meters while side streets do not have.“
