“I had the pleasure of dining at Estime Cafe today, it was an outstanding experience! From the moment we walked in, the customer service was phenomenal, warm, attentive, and truly welcoming. This is the first Haitian restaurant I’ve visited that delivered such impeccable service, and it made all the difference. The atmosphere was inviting, and the food was authentic, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish was prepared with care, bringing out the rich, bold flavors of Haitian cuisine. Whether you’re a longtime fan of Haitian food or trying it for the first time, this place is a must-visit. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a fantastic meal and a top-tier dining experience. “Had breakfast here early on a Saturday with a friend. Food was good for sure. However, EVERY person working at this restaurant attended to us. We had a hard time finishing one sentence of our conversation without being asked how things were or if we wanted more coffee. I'm serious, no fewer than 6 people visited our table. Our waitress, Marissa, was personable and helpful; she was taking care of us very well. The 1-star for atmosphere was because the OWNER came to our table and asked if we wanted more coffee. I declined, but my friend accepted. I swear she did this just to make him go away as Marissa had offered us coffee moments before and she'd declined. THEN WE OVERHEAR the manager giving Marissa a hard time because we ACCEPTED COFFEE. His assumption was that she had not been attending to us instead of understanding that women know that the male ego has a hard time with the word NO. Not only should management not be giving a good waitress a hard time, they certainly should not do it where customers can hear. Gross!“

“The question is, was this place good enough for me to be a repeat customer? And the answer is an astounding YES!! For me this place is a vibe, though it's small in size. It's big in ambiance. Each person I encountered was as pleasant as the next. We shared the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls. Delicious is all I can say. Also the cheese burger and the French toast sandwich is also a must try. This place is a definitely a place to go??

“This is a great little café/diner right next to the Westfield train station. We are fairly new to Westfield and went there for the first time a couple of weeks ago. We were wowed by the wonderful customer service of our waitress, Cindy. She was very attentive, provided great order suggestions and also brought over their delicious housemade hot sauce to go along with our eggs. All the food we ordered was wonderful, including the short stack of chocolate chip pancakes, the egg and cheese sandwich on a hard roll, and the Florentine omelette. The chef (maybe owner?), Ash even stopped by later on towards the end of our meal to check on how everything was. We meant to write this review right after that, but then never got around to it and when we went back today a few weeks later, we realized how much we needed to write this up! This time Kirsten and Cindy both helped us out, and Cindy remembered us by our orders from the last time even though we had only been here one time- very impressive and shows a great attention to detail and customer service. Ash came by also, and it was clear he remembered us as well. The food was fresh and tasty yet again (we got the French toast, egg and cheese sandwich, and Greek omelette this time) and the prices are great. This place is a gem and is definitely becoming one of our go-to spots!“

“I’ve been eating here for almost 10 years. The food is OUT OF THIS WORLD. People use the word butter milk pancakes loosely. Theirs really taste like butter milk. Everything is good. Same chef for years. My only complaint is, They never open on time, they’ve actually been closed for a while with no notice. Shame because me and my girlfriend are from out of town and waited outside for almost 2 hours. If they correct punctuality, I would give it five out of five stars because the food is phenomenal.“

“My experience at IHOP was mixed. My server was kind. My waiter was polite but not very attentive. I had to go through 3 sets of silverware to find a fork that didn't have eggs caked up on it from the dishwasher heat (see pics).

The banana Foster meal was what I loved most and to be expected. Even the free short stack :-).

Overall, I would come again but expectations would be higher. Not gonna lower the bar on you guys. Surely you can do better, above and beyond.“

“Great everything, but they really need more space inside or get people’s phone numbers to call them for waiting in their car when it’s packed. There’s no space inside to wait. They should REALLY consider moving the high chairs/baby seats into a utility closet instead of in the hallway where there’s limited space. A small bench would be better than the high chairs“

“Best waffles I’ve ever had. Not sure what they put in the batter but I’ve never had a waffle that tastes as good as the ones here.

All the other breakfast sandwiches are also really good, and the prices are very reasonable. I’ve only had their breakfast so I can’t comment on their other food.

I’d mostly recommend takeout here, yes there is a seating area but it’s kind of small.
